This a back street hand car wash establishment, prices are currently £5 for basic outside wax dry…read moreetc £10 for inside and out £25 for full valet. They used to do a coffee shop style loyalty card scheme but that was not offered today. You used to drive in via King's Road and out onto Nightingale Road which worked well, unfortunately now there is only one entrance and exit which is very narrow and far from ideal at busy times. Try and go when it's quiet. They work quickly and do a good job.

Price-wise it's very reasonable. The only downside was a dodgy tracking job a few months ago, although I guess no company can be perfect! Would still recommend them to one and all. They are situated about 10 minutes from Welwyn Garden City station, so you can always drop your car off and get a train to work (if possible). They also have a waiting room for those that need to wait!

This they did and they were fitted while I sat and read one of the magazines provided and had a complementary coffee. The removal of the worn tyres, the replacement of the new ones, the balancing of the wheels were all carried out efficiently and without any fuss at a very acceptable price. The only slight reservation I have is that they were unable to replace nitrogen in the tyres instead of air. Nevertheless I would recommend MQ Mobile Tyres without reservation. Bill H

They will usually offer you a reconditioned part if it will save you money, which has saved me a fortune over the years. They do MOTs while you wait but it's worth going on a weekday as there is always a big queue on Saturdays. They will take your car in without prior notice, but be warned if you don't ring to book in first then you may find yourself wating a long time, as they are quite popular and get busy. If possible get someone to pick you up and bring you back later as they don't have a waiting room (although there is a loo you can use if you're feeling brave). They are good at what they do and don't try to rip you off - just what you need from a mechanic.
