She and her husband invited us to the home office so we could see firsthand the quality of decorations, worked out a budget for us that included det-up and delivery and during their own vacation kept in touch with additional requirements we needed. On the day of the event, they were there earlier and once inside the restaurant (they have done several events) worked quickly and efficiently to put together as well as help decorate a Board I had created for the event and spread additional flowers my wife had brought . Blossom Blossom designed so many beautiful pieces for us: the entryway arch, the stunning main arch, delicate stair garlands, tray garlands, centerpieces, two floral vases, the backdrop draping and all of the bridesmaid bouquets. Every single arrangement felt so intentional and meaningful. Even after we signed the contract, we realized we needed to add a few more elements, and Lisa and Henry were so gracious and accommodating. Not once did they make us feel like we were asking for too much or being a burden. Their flexibility and kindness during the chaos of wedding planning meant so much to us. They were also incredibly understanding of our schedule--we had a hectic wedding weekend and they worked around our timing without hesitation. They showed up right on time, were professional but so genuinely warm, and brought such a calm and joyful energy to the day.
