They insisted that I was using lotion while wearing the jewelry, (Which I was NOT doing and told them so.) but I was washing my hands with soap, which many people do and should not cause the damage that it did. They did not offer to replace or refund. I was really disappointed as I really liked the design but felt I'd rather spend my money (Especially if it's over a hundred and twenty dollars) on something that wouldn't peel off its coating so easily just by me washing my hands. Quality unfortunately is not there. Pretty but it won't last you.

She was very snappy, unhelpful and hostile, she treated me like an annoying insect. At the check-out, she told me she didn't like the jewelry I was wearing, remarking "Hm, I don't like silver", after giving me a dirty once over from head to toe. Mind you I was wearing white gold dipped in rhodium for an extra shine. Not that I need a basically a slave working for a minimal wage at retail to like what I'm wearing, but the gusto with which she trash talked my jewelry was just so mean and hostile it was grotesque! This Simona lady who is waiting on customers hand and foot to serve them like a little trained doggie has an attitude of a Queen of England, which is truly ridiculous, if you think about it!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ANY IN PRAGUE THAT PROMISE YOU WILL GET YOUR TAX MONEY BACK, ESPECIALLLY THROUGH A COMPANY CALLED "GLOBAL BLUE." I have, after six months finally given up. There are many shops in Prague and the promise of a tax refund is bunk. So, either realize this when you make your purchase, or make your purchase understanding you will not receive any help regarding tax refunds, etc. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
