Highly Disappointed & Strongly Advise Caution…read more I strongly recommend avoiding this agency. Throughout my experience, they have been dishonest on multiple levels, and the entire employment process severely lacks transparency. Inaccurate Legal Advice & Deflection: When I asked how to claim damages caused by a domestic worker, Yvonne explicitly claimed there were no laws in Hong Kong protecting employers. Instead of giving a straight answer, she sent a list of irrelevant government links that didn't address my question. It took hours of my own research to learn my rights--a basic responsibility that should fall on the agent. Whenever issues are raised, Yvonne speaks with calculated caution and repeatedly detours to avoid answering directly. Costly Scheduling & Poor Communication: The agency booked my new helper's flight without letting me choose or approve the arrival date. She arrived on a Saturday evening, meaning we had to wait until Monday to complete her required medical tests. As a result, I had to pay her for two extra days of waiting around purely due to the agency's poor planning. Unprofessional & Misleading Documentation: At pickup, I was handed a handwritten slip instructing me to pay my helper starting two days prior to her arrival, which contradicts the standard employment contract. Later, when I checked the document package, that specific slip had conveniently been left out. I followed the formal contract instead, but when confronted, Yvonne deflected once again. Suggesting Illegal Practices: On multiple occasions, the agency instructed me to carry out illegal actions regarding my helper, such as taking away her phone, attempting to exert total control over the employment relationship. Misleading Information: They lied about the helper's passport, claiming she did not have one when I selected her, when in fact she had received it months prior. There were numerous red flags throughout this process. I strongly advise against using this agency for hiring domestic workers.

Yeung Yat Shan Eye Specialiist…read more I was referred to him by my family doctor. When I call, the receptionist was really nice and sounded like the doctor had open slots the same day or next day. Of course I scheduled immediately with her for the same day appointment at 10:30am. The office is above the mall. Easy to find. When I arrived, I was surprised to see 8 people was sitting there and waiting for the doctor. I feel the appointment is definitely overbooked and caused patients a long waiting time which could manage better. In the end, I waited about 35 mins which was not too bad. He was very quick with each patient.
