From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Tyler responded to my initial message almost immediately and was at my house to start working within 3 hours of our call. The tree they removed was massive--about 3 feet wide and 100 feet tall--but Tyler had it down within an hour. By the next day, the entire area was cleaned up and my yard looked fantastic. A week later, Tyler encouraged me to grind the stump so we could enjoy the yard more, and not have to work around a stump to mow. This did add $500 to my service but it was well worth it. I was impressed with how thorough the job was. There wasn't a trace left in my yard, and it looks as if the tree was never there! Working with Tyler and his wife was a pleasure; they were both friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. I will absolutely be hiring them again for future projects.
