They have NO SHOWED on 4 separate occasions, over a period of 3 weeks. They do not answer the phone or they tell you they're on their way and then never show up. Leaving you sitting around waiting for hours / days / weeks. I feel that I have been more than patient but have still been unable to get the job completed. I have taken multiple days off work and rearranged my schedule to make the days they rescheduled work and then nobody shows up. My house has been torn apart for weeks due to the ongoing scheduling issues. They have left me no choice than to post reviews of this experience and file a complaint. Additionally, within minutes of me and my partner leaving a Google Review they tried to report the review stating that we were not even clients, even though we have screenshots of everything, including all calls, text conversations, and the Zelle payments amounting to $850. Additionally, we just found out that their license is VOID and they are unlicensed - claiming License # 17-P-20764-X and CC # 23-DL-22957-X - 7/22 Wednesday - spoke to office and scheduled the job. - My job was originally scheduled for 9:30am Friday 7/31 - Saturday 8/1. - 7/31 Friday - Nobody showed up. I called and texted all day Friday. Kept being told someone would be here within 1-2 hours. Nobody ever came. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Friday 8/7 - Saturday 8/8. - 8/7 Friday - Trey showed up. - 8/8 Saturday - Nobody showed up. Again, I called and texted all day with little to no responses. Saturday night at 7:30pm Wayne showed up and said it would take him at least 5 hours to complete - that would've been 1am. He left and said someone would come back Monday. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Monday 8/10. - 8/10 Monday - Trey showed up late around 11am. He stayed and worked through the day, however, did not get the ceiling to a smooth finish and decided to paint it anyway. I pointed out all of the bubbles and cracks and he attempted to repair while the paint was still wet. Obviously this did not work. I called the owner, David, and expressed my concerns and was told it would be fixed. It was not. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Friday 8/14. - 8/14 Friday - Nobody showed up. I called and spoke to the office. She said the crew was dropping someone off and that they were on their way. She stated someone would be here before Noon. Still nobody showed up. I have been calling and texting all day with no response from the owner or the office!

After gathering multiple quotes, I chose Ramon because he was able to give me a quote on the same…read moreday and although his quote was not the cheapest it was reasonable. Ramon was a great communicator and was eager to start the job. He said that it would take a week and it did however he did want to start another job prior to completing my job and after telling him that I had time constraints he did complete the job as promised. The patchwork looks great I wasn't pleased with the painting as Ramon told me that the ceiling paint was included in the quote but the wall paint was not. He said that he VERBALLY told me this which I do not recall him saying that to me but I was okay with buying the paint because I did not want this to delay this project. After purchasing 5 gallons he still did not use the wall paint as he said the paint was satin instead of flat ( if he would have come with me to purchase the paint this would not have happened) even so I was ok with him painting in satin as my husband will be repainting anyway since I was unhappy with his "touch ups ". The ceilings looked nice (paint is uneven as if he used two different types of ceiling paint) however he had the light fixtures hanging and said that the house was old and the lights were old so he couldn't put the recessed lights back in like he found them. Yes, my home was built in 1997 however the lighting was done 5 years ago . I felt like he was making an excuse for not being able to replace the fixtures properly based upon his skills. A home can be 100 years old and still be remodeled. He also wrote the quote and said that he would replace a tile in the bathroom, he said that he does not do tile and gave me 100 dollars off because of the misunderstanding. I am now trying to hire someone to replace one tile and no one wants to take on such a small job. I had to point out lots of small things like holes that he left, resanding areas, etc. I believe this project was too big to be done by just one person and if I had to do this all over again I would have went with another company. I was not satisfied with quality of work that was done. Yes , he works hard but he is a hustler, the quotes are low because he tries to tack on extra costs once he starts the job.
