Rich was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the remodel process as our floor install often interfered with the dry wall installation process. Our remodel included the complete demolition of walls and pillars which called for the matching of existing ceiling texture in those areas where the wall/pillar previously were. They charged me once to start and then later initiated an unauthorized charge on my account for the second payment before completing my house. I asked them to finish the work on my house while I went out of town and they agreed. I came back after a month to find an unfinished home. I basically begged them to come back and they never did. They told me a refund was coming for the work they didn't do, and it never came. They made excuses for months about why they couldn't show up.

He was prices very good. So you get a great price and great work. I had tille Guys install tile and messed up the paint. He came back and touched everything up. No problem Finally a contractor that you don't have to micromanage. He does it the right way and the work is quality. I gave him 50 percent deposit before work started and no issues with him, his integrity and his ability to finish the job the right way.

Ramon was a great communicator and was eager to start the job. He said that it would take a week and it did however he did want to start another job prior to completing my job and after telling him that I had time constraints he did complete the job as promised. The patchwork looks great I wasn't pleased with the painting as Ramon told me that the ceiling paint was included in the quote but the wall paint was not. He said that he VERBALLY told me this which I do not recall him saying that to me but I was okay with buying the paint because I did not want this to delay this project. After purchasing 5 gallons he still did not use the wall paint as he said the paint was satin instead of flat ( if he would have come with me to purchase the paint this would not have happened) even so I was ok with him painting in satin as my husband will be repainting anyway since I was unhappy with his "touch ups ". The ceilings looked nice (paint is uneven as if he used two different types of ceiling paint) however he had the light fixtures hanging and said that the house was old and the lights were old so he couldn't put the recessed lights back in like he found them. Yes, my home was built in 1997 however the lighting was done 5 years ago . I felt like he was making an excuse for not being able to replace the fixtures properly based upon his skills. A home can be 100 years old and still be remodeled. He also wrote the quote and said that he would replace a tile in the bathroom, he said that he does not do tile and gave me 100 dollars off because of the misunderstanding. I am now trying to hire someone to replace one tile and no one wants to take on such a small job. I had to point out lots of small things like holes that he left, resanding areas, etc. I believe this project was too big to be done by just one person and if I had to do this all over again I would have went with another company. I was not satisfied with quality of work that was done. Yes , he works hard but he is a hustler, the quotes are low because he tries to tack on extra costs once he starts the job.
