They will give you a good price quote and I believe the owner is a straight shooter, however, the boards on the wood fence I had installed just about a year ago are starting to warp a little. The price is good, but the materials used are a thinner wood than you normally see on fences. I don't think the fence is going to last as long as a fence that had thicker more sturdy materials would last. So, you get what you pay for-- I can't really complain because it was cheaper than competitors but live and learn-- I was not expecting to have a different quality of wood panel used. read more

Poorly ran company. Take your down payment and tell you they will start in two week's. After receiving my down payment no calls for 7 week's. I had to call them again. Excuses after Excuses on what the hold up was. Mr.Bill stated he had no experience fence men. He eventually sub contracted my work out to a wonderful group of men. But didn't give them my estimate of repairs. So I showed them mine. He didn't give them the correct fencing so now my front yard is a hideous fence color. But he originally gave them a mixed blend of fencing. We had to go with the one they had the most of to build the panels and gate with. Mr.Bill is full of Excuses and drama. Poor Business man. read more

Beware!! This company put a fence in for me and I'm not really impressed for the 1000's of dollars that I spent. I live out of state therefore wasn't there for install. Come to find out once in town that gate is messed up and will hardly open cause when they put hinge on they split the 4x4 therfore it's shifted. Also needed assistance after the hurricane with fixing fence. At first they said they would go check it out in 2 weeks.. The receptionist said they would reach out within 2 weeks. Waited a month and reached out to them again due to not hearing and again they said it would be a couple weeks. Again I never heard from them. Fast forward 2.5 months I called back again and Mr Bill got on the phone and said that he would be out and gave me a day he would be there. When I called to confirm the day they were supposed to be there they canceled.. Nothing but frustration has come from using this company.. so as stated before Beware Usually do not post negative reviews but this company is ridiculous.. read more

Professional honest service is all I received when my fence and chain link gate was installed. Good price also. I would recommend them to anyone looking to install a fence. read more

Worst experience ever. Didn't call to make an appointment just showed up. Workers left for hours and came back and rushed through the job to finish it... and left all the screws out of the fence to hold it together. Took 2 MONTHS!!! For the company to come out to see the screws are missing, AND then I had to call 10 times to have them come back to put the screws in because the workers never told the office the screws were left out? Terrible communication with each other as well as the customer. Then our fence bent and pooped out ... which they refuse to fix although it was there mistake they didn't put the screws in. I would never recommend to anyone. read more

Variety Fence - Bent post - Fences & Gates Near Me - Lake City, Florida

They did a decent job of building a fence for me although the process took months they had me go to all the neighbors for releases after they were finished the gates were not to code evidently they have to be 2" of ground I called them and two months later after several contacts of which they assured me they would come out they called me and told me they would no longer service my account and should look elsewhere they are in demand but they are very poor at customer service they also put an additional price bump on the original job. read more

Installed fence in violation of county code. Then told me they weren't required to know what the code is. Why, then, do they purport to be professionals? read more

Impossible to work with. Gave me a good price quote, but when I called to schedule with them, they told me I had to put a 50% deposit down. I did this, and then they totally blew me off. They would never pin down a date to come do the work, constantly tell me they were busy and that they were going to get to me in "a few days," and constantly say they'd call me back but never did. It finally took me getting extremely upset for them to finally even try to work me in, and only after several weeks of back and forth. There are too many fence companies who will treat you professionally to work with these people. read more

Their quote was better than they competition by a nice amount. They installed with one week of agreement. The people who came to install were quite pleasant. I am very happy with the experience and don't think it could get any better. read more

I was highly impressed with this company when Mr Ballard, the owner; came out to give me an estimate and talked about how his company stood behind their product, unfortunately; once the product was installed and they got their money you can't get a hold of them again. It has been less than a year and I have boards already popping off and a gate that was installed so offset it won't even close unless you physically lift it. I have called them and sent NUMEROUS emails trying to get someone to come out and fix my fence...... that's all I want is my fence fixed but no one bothers to answer any emails or come out and repair my fence. It's been 6 months now that I've been trying to get someone out here, they say they'll send someone out to look at it but no one ever shows. 8K and less than a year old and my fence is already falling apart......it's totally Unacceptable! I would NOT recommend using this company to anyone!! Teri AndersonCarr read more

Bill gave a better price by far. I have always compared price with quality, got the same quality, very quick installation and great workers. VERY PLEASED. cannot recommend enough. read more

Price was good and install prompt but can't get them to return and adjust a gate. Wouldn't count on them honoring any warranty issues.

First of all I'm a senior citizen. Their price was good. They use good wood, but that is as far as it goes. The quality of work is less than poor. My fence is 6 months old. Boards are popping off. A whole corner came off. I have a 10' gate, 8' tall that I can't even open due to lack of enforcement. It has completely come away from the house. Should have been enforced better. Post that couldn't be put in the ground far enough they cut off, so it's like an accordion. I put in a call to let them know of the situation and no response. It does have a 1 year warranty. Maybe they've never installed an 8' fence? It's really a shame that they had more energy worrying about my personal life than the actual quality of workmanship. After all, I hired them for a professional job. They didn't hire me.(What I do on my time has nothing to do with their quality of work that they're getting paid for) It went sour in the beginning and has remained that way. At this point I guess I will seek legal advice and possibly call 8 on your side. read more

I would NEVER use this company again. They cracked my sewer line with a fence post and refused to offer any help with repair or with the cost of repair! I would give them zero stars if I could. I would NOT recommend using them! read more

Don't bother getting an estimate from anyone else. This is your fence company. As a 7th generation Bradenton native, I know a good local company when I see one and this is a good local company. They were honest, loyal, and delivered what they promised. Best of all the fence looks great. The crew was friendly, respectful, and hard working. read more
