We hired them to trim trees and a hedge. They shredded the trees and the hedge and "hurricane" cut everything after being told clearly not to. They tore up the lawn, damaged other landscaping, and destroyed planters and a birdhouse for reasons I can't even figure out. If you want to experience the worst service imaginable, go with Mr Tree. With so many options out there stay far away from this soon to be out of business company.
