Yelp, Master's Updated Review, DRAFT 3 September 26, 2026…read more Yelp, Master's Lawn Review Where do I even start? Dumped a huge tree limb that had fallen on my front lawn onto my neighbor's lawn. They basically average only 20 minutes to do a 1 acre property, and even didn't bother to show up one week. And this is the 3rd lawn crew I have had. Though they didn't show up last week, they are still better than the second crew. I was told the 3rd crew was assigned to my property because they were better. No way in heck do I believe that. I think someone else complained so they dumped them on me. I mean, I hadn't even complained about the first crew. Master's ensures piece of mind, but I have been going out of my mind for months. It id certainly clear to me, given the many good reviews, that Master's doesn't appear to be treating their customers equally. I have talked to them multiple times about their poor service. I have been more than patient, and over months and months have given them the multiple chances and benefit of the doubt multiple times. I even took down my review because I was promised things would get much I did. Well, it didn't, and it was just more excuses and empty promises. Thus, my initial review was 2 stars, now it is 1 for this reason. The truth has to be that Masters' management doesn't actually care, at least about certain clientele. The workers, not management, run the show, and the management is aware of and fine with that . The workers decide who they do and who they don't want to give quality service. There is absolutely no accountability provided by management, and there are no repercussions for poor performance. They just either give u another team, dumping the old one on someone else. Even with another team, quality service does not have to be provided. They just wear you out with excuses and empty placations. Meanwhile, it is clear the workers don't want to mow my lawn, are not happy I complained, and are no doubt doing their best to get me to move my lawn care service anywhere else but with Master's. I even suggested having the workers take pictures or videos after each lawn service so that management can review them to make sure quality work is being performed for all customers. But this was poo-pooed, and I was just promised my lawn would be better taken care of. That my lawn would be done in the morning to ensure ample time to properly service my lawn, with management promising to come back the next day and make sure. Nope, neither was done. I pay over $500 a month for lawn maintenance and hedging and trimming. Basically, they mow my lawn with rider mowers and do some hedging. This last time, they only had to do half my lawn because a huge tree had fallen down. Instead, they again stayed about 20 minutes, with part of the time two guys were hanging around the truck, looking for cell phone reception, while waiting for one you to finish. It has gone from irritating, to shocking, to maddening, and now to my thinking I feel like I am on the TV Punk'd or Candid Camera. I mean, my experience with Master's has been flat out crazy!

They were massive, overgrown, and shedding leaves like a mid winter snowstorm. Our realtor recommended NFT to us and we're glad they did! Cliff and his team were efficient with removing two large trees, grinding the stumps, and trimming branches from five other trees. They showed up early and ready to go! They were careful around our pool and with a tree that was way to close to our house. The tree by the pool the team had to take down part of our fencing to access it and were very careful. When they put the fencing back up they were able to point out some rotted posts and helped us shore them back up until we can get replacement ones. The tree by the house was a major pain in the butt as someone in the past had poured concrete down the middle of the hollowed tree, not sure why but they did. Since the tree was hollow in the middle, a new tree had grown inside of this tree and was the tree hanging over our home. Their expertise was demonstrated in their ability to cut these massive trees down and remove them from our property. Their pricing was competitive and half the cost of other quotes we had gotten from other companies. They do take credit card, debit card, or cash. Overall I highly recommend this company and will be calling them back to assist in additional tree services for my property. Very kind, courteous, and efficient!

After a brief, friendly exchange with the workers, I kept the company's business cards. Being new to the area, and with the need to remove branches from our old roof, having both an enormous oak tree and a pine tree close to our house, and with hurricane season upon us, we decided to hire Elite company. The owner came over, examined the trees, and explained the dire situation. He also arranged for other experts from his crew and outside his company to come. Their findings were patiently explained to us in both professional and lay terms, along with a respectful period of time for us to process our options. Eventually, we went with the more prudent approach to have both enormous trees, which were positioned in a very challenging location, removed. Although still beautiful, the trees were not healthy and would have been deadly to keep. The removal of the trees was awesome to watch. Also impressive was watching how the crew safely coordinated moving the large tree portions, quickly moving them out of the way from an active road, cutting up parts, and hauling them away. This included the trimming of a palm tree near our pool cage. Everything, including cleanup, was completed by the end of the day. I just wish I had enough iPhone memory to have recorded everything. Kudos and blessings to Dustin Moore and his Elite Outdoor Services business. We're very pleased with Dustin and his company.
