The professionals with Curly's not addressed my additional concerns, they fixed them while they were there. To top it off, they did it all at an incredible price. One day there was a worker on the property and I took it upon myself to find out. Mike was the landscaper and tending to some work on the property he told me to call the number on the van out front. Left a message and a few hours later got a call back from the owner. We chatted for a minute about things and asked if it was ok to give his Mule (Molly) an apple in the morning. He said sure go right ahead she don't bite. The next morning I arrived Apple in hand, and Mike had left me a note attached to bared wired fence, Mike went out of his way to give me more history of Molly and the ranch and the ac biz and his company and even some town history. He even gave me some recommendations for places to meet some interesting local folk. Such a kind gesture on Mike's part. Mike own Bond tree service in Grandbury. So I would give him shout out on here too. Needless to say I stop every morning and give her an apple, she gives me a Winnie when I walk up and lets me pet her. Great start to my morning

The remaining line downstairs was still completely blocked. He didn't test the line to see if it was open, simply pouring water into the line would have shown him it wasn't open. So I fixed the issue for now myself. I'm can't recommend their service. This is unacceptable service or lack of in my book.

Even better, they got the job done closer to our budget than quotes we received from other companies and we weren't required to hire a separate electrician to wire the HVAC system since these guys are also licensed electricians and included all the electrical as part of the job. They had the entire job completed in less than a week, and it was a big job as the home had never had a central system and all duct work in the attic and in the crawl space had to be installed. Finally, it has been evident Dublin HVAC takes pride in their workmanship and ensuring any issues after install are addressed promptly and completely and that's so valuable as a customer. Everyone we've dealt with including Tammy, Tyler, Joey, Shane and Steven have been great and we appreciate what they've done for us, so thank you all! If Dublin HVAC & Electrical will service your area, call them and you'll likely be glad you did.
