He is just as Larry S commented; friendly, timely very hard working and actually gets back to you and wont schedule you until he knows he can get it done! We are very happy with our new patio cover as Mike got it done in one day and cleaned it all up. Other service people can learn from Mike's way of doing things. He actually went the extra mile and sent me the included picture when he was finished and communicated very, very well before and after the project and didn't set unrealistic expectations. We will definitely utilize his services again for painting, and possibly a second patio cover. God Bless Y'all & Thank You Mike and Yelp! Brad

These are the worst contractors you could get yourself involved in…read more I had interior and exterior work done on a property in North Richland Hills and after the initial demo and drywall work went ok everything else went off the rails. They don't use a professional accountant or accounting system so they always change costs after the fact. The improperly manage their own funds so they don't stick to the original bids and try to get more than what was noted. They regularly were weeks late on everything! The subs would routinely be late, no-show, or do horrible work like with some basic as drawings for a bathroom. Even the most desperate person should steer clear. Couldn't even get a reimbursement on an overpay that they themselves noted was due. Absolute nightmare!!!

They then asked for another $2,500 to continue, despite having completed practically nothing. They said our deposit was used to buy materials, but no materials were ever delivered. When we hesitated to pay more because of the lack of progress, they abandoned the project and did not refund our $2,000. We ultimately paid $2,000 for one moved outlet. Be very cautious about paying a deposit without clear milestones, receipts, and materials delivered.

Because I live out of state, it was even more challenging to find contractors to replace my flooring and repair the walls that were ruined by the water. I reached out on Yelp and Rafael responded quickly and called me to discuss the issues. He was able to get me an estimate in a couple of days and, when we agreed on the scope, was able to get started quickly. Although I haven't seen the work in person, my tenant said that all looks good. When I see for myself in a couple weeks, I have no doubt that my expectations will be exceeded. The best part is that I was told that the work would be done within 7-10 days and it was completed exactly when promised! I have never had a contractor actually complete when promised so I was pleasantly surprised indeed! Call Rafael and give him the opportunity to show you how work on your home should be done, you won't regret it!
