He said he'd send a crew the day before thanksgiving. I waited to reach out until Friday to see if his crew put them up and he read my message. Totally fine since it's a holiday weekend, but I followed up Sunday evening. He called to apologize and that he would personally go by Monday afternoon to take care of it. I tried calling twice yesterday with no response. Tried reaching out again today and is now completely ignoring me. Looks like this is a common trend he does with several clients. If he would have admitted early on that he doesn't have the time to help me honestly I wouldn't even have written him a bad review. Better for me to have moved on immediately had he communicated with me. Glad I didn't spend any money at least. Now I've been asking for two weeks to have them taken down and no response. Completely unprofessional "business". They left broken glass all over. The crew leader showed up stoned. Climbing on ladders, and on my balcony. I was worried something would happen to her and I'd be held liable. Overall this so called company is run by low quality people who do low quality work. No other way to say it. Don't use them. Plenty of other options out there.
