Went in to get a vape, grabbed a Mr.fog Mr.pepper flavor and when I walked out with the first box I…read moreopened it and it was completely opened already. No charger inside, all of the safety tabs were gone and the vape was just in the plastic but the entire top of the plastic wrapper was missing as well. I went back in and they were nice enough to have replaced it even though I went out the door with the other one. When I got back to my car with the second one I just assumed that this one would be fine since I've gotten a vape there before. The second one I took one small hit from and even after I stopped inhaling from it it kept going and then it died. I tried charging it until the lights went off and it still won't pull anything from it. Complete trash at this point and it was $20 which is more expensive then the place I normally go to. Basically just ended up being a waste of money. I've gotten vapes here before but I see they still sell mr.fog and geek bars which are banned so idk if they're all fake.

Online orders are hit and miss. Whatever you do, don't complain or expect any level of customer service. I've had more rational polite conversations with a hormonal teenager than I have the manager. The staff were really friendly and knew exactly kind of juice I would be looking for despite me being really picky about what I vape. It also helped that they were pretty caught up in the times and had tablets with built in software to showcase their products by types and categories. The top 10 list helped me pick out my juice. They have individual tanks filled with each of their juice so you know exactly what you're tasting since the coil hasn't had any other type of flavor on it, which was a first for me. They didn't have the juice I wanted in a 3ng but the guy there assured me that the flavor in 6ng wasn't too harsh on the throat(which I'm sure most of us hate). And funny enough he wasn't wrong which goes to show they know what they're talking about and aren't just trying to make a quick sale. Military discount as well which never goes unappreciated. I won't ever be back since I was just driving through the state but I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone stopping through. Thanks !

I was impressed. All of the time I have gone to The Choice nobody told me about needing to replace coils, not even when I bought my very box vape from them. This place, on the other hand, I told them about the problem I had been having with my vape oil tasting harsh & horrible & he knew right away that I needed a new coil. I was having the same problem with my OLD box vape & instead of telling me that I needed a new coil they just said maybe my oil was too high of a dose at 6 mg. I ended up buying two Vapes from The Choice & I wish I could get my money back. They would prime the coil & put too much oil, so when I would use it, it would end up popping hot oil into my mouth, burning me several times. This is because the employees don't bother to take the time to be careful while doing the priming, and put too much. I never would have known this had I not gone to Twin City Vapes. I think I will be giving my money to these guys from now on and I suggest you do too. They have good products & lots of great flavors. Plus they have polite employees who take the time to help you out rather than make you feel like a bother like some places do.
