I ordered a floral arrangement for a wake that I found on the Greenhouse Flower Shoppe website…read more When I attended the wake, the plant I ordered was drastically different from what I ordered. When I contacted the florist, they explained that they are affiliated with Teleflora and can't always accommodate the selection that Teleflora offers...therefore substitutions have to be made. Since I didn't notify them not to make any substitutions, they did their best with what they had on hand. To make things right, they issued me a full refund. They asked that for future ordering, it was best to call and they can let you know exactly what they have and what they don't, and can work with you to get things right. I appreciated the explanation of what happened and their willingness to offer me a refund. I will definitely use them in the future, and will call the Flower Shoppe directly next time and will not order online, as that is where the issue arose.

They said there wasn't a number on the house so she wouldn't leave them when no one answered the door, I guess they don't use Google maps when needed to confirm they are at the correct house, and she did not want to attempt a second delivery even though it was only a mile from the shop. I at least was able to finally get her to deliver them, but I will not order from them in the future. I guess customer service is no longer a thing.

My bouquets ended up turning out a little different but that was due to flowers being out of season and her wanting flowers that would look nice and not wilt/look like crap on my wedding day.
