this place while convenient is such a garbage company. it started with them stealing $400 in rewards points from me when i went to check out. the register wouldn't redeem them but because the cashier tried they were gone. vanished. another occasion I tried to buy some papers. I was told they weren't in the system and the chode behind the counter proceeds to return them to the shelf. so I couldn't buy them...mind you I've been buying the exact ones for 5 years from this location. they had 9 boxes on the shelf. it amazes me how this place stays open when you employ people that wear Velcro shoes. read more

I have EXTREMLY bad anxiety so i usually dont go to places i dont know. i usually just order juice and coils off the internet. I didn't feel like paying for shipping so me and my husband went to this vape shop. they were very friendly and knew their product. prices were reasonable. fun environment, joking and putting me at ease. didn't have a brand i personally like but they did help put me onto something just as good. read more

Trying to figure out why a business would turn customers away and have their registers closed before 9:00. Walk in the door at 8:59pm and registers are closed. The customers before me left because registers were closed. Seems like you'd want to stay open long enough to collect the money walking through your doors. Open sign on, closed registers. I honestly hate having to go to vape shops. I usually just go online to order my juice and coils. But for over a year now I have been going here and truthfully it's not your typical vape shop experience. There isn't 3 teenagers walking around blowing clouds in your face. There isn't loud obnoxious music blaring all over the shop. This is also the first shop I have ever gone into where o cared to remember the employee names. There was a kid named Eli that worked here that was really amazing and helpful. He's since moved on but there is this other gray haired kid that works here (I haven't asked him his name because he scares me. He looks like an anime character and I've seen plenty enough of those to know what happens when you cross paths with gray haired characters) anywaysssss.... this kid is a no nonsense employee. He tells you what's good and what's crap. Which is refreshing seeing how 99.9% of these guys get commission and will constantly tell you every single cape is the best. So in short, shop here and avoid all the vape shop BS. read more

Arrogant cashiers who expected $27 and change to buy a very large bottle of E-juice, which you can't even taste before purchasing. (Despite the big bright sign outside that says SAMPLES.) Me: "Do you have a tester so I can try it?" Cashier #1: *hands my open giant bottle* "You can smell it." Me: "Right, but I mean, like a tester vaporizer to try it with?" Both Cashiers "No, we don't do that." Me: "Well...maybe samples I can buy or anything?" Cashier #2: "No but this one's really good. The damage will run you about $27 for the 60ML." [huge bottle] Me: "I guess I can't really justify gambling $27 in something I don't even know if I like." Their attitudes were less-than-pleasant, and it was like they didn't even care to TRY to make a sale. High-pressure, low information, zero helpfulness. read more

I worked there for 3 months and it's just all around bad. They corporate treats their employees like trash and just so you know it's not one employee who is disgruntled not only did I quit but the entire shop has quit. They have had to restaff this store alone not to mention vape 100 in wentzville like 2 or 3 times because their turn around is so high. I stopped by here on 9/2, while I was waiting for cashier I overheard the cashier explaining to a gentleman that this vape shop stopped giving discounts for veterans/ law enforcement when the gentleman inquired about veteran discount, cashier said it's due to the political nature. Pros: Locations all over the place, consistent inventories so you know you can get what you need. Since I'm always on the road all over the state, it's a huge benefit. People are generally friendly, they can repair coils, and you can get about anything you need ordered even if they don't have it on hand. Cons: Just like most businesses like this that are 'entry-level' employment, there can be high turnover, so it can be very different from store to store on the people behind the counter. Overall, I've had good experiences at about 12 different locations throughout Missouri. If you like tobacco flavors, they are one of the few that carry Naked Euro Gold tobacco. One of the best tobacco flavors out there. read more
