Store Layout:
Let's start with the layout of the store. When you walk in, there's a lot of empty space when you arrive. There's a couple sofas and a table in the center to make the location seem less empty. Then, there's a huge display case on the opposite side of the store. All of the juices are behind the counter and hard to tell what they actually have for sale. If you want to just browse e-juice, forget it. You're expected to ask the clerks, but they weren't easy to talk to and lack the ability to be personable.
Experience:
From the moment I walked in, I was very uncomfortable. The clerks behind the counter just kind of stared at me and didn't greet me immediately. Someone did eventually acknowledge my existence in the empty store. I started by asking about recommendations of different juices. The clerk gave me one recommendation and prepared a vape for me to try. While preparing the vape, he didn't say anything. Once finished preparing, he handed me the vape. I tried the flavor and loved it. He immediately began ringing me out without recommending any other flavors. I was there to buy multiple flavors and possibly a Sub Ohm vape, but he seemed pretty adamant on ringing me out so he could go back to chatting with his co-worker. Granted, it was 30 minutes to close, but that's plenty of time to try some more flavors and possibly buy a new vape. The experience was quite off-putting and makes me just want to go back to shopping online. If you're in an absolute pinch and need some e-juice, that's the only time I would recommend this place. read more
