The vapor station has the best customer service I have ever encountered. Whether it is the inside sales or troubleshooting issues over the phone they are always so helpful. If you want to have an enjoyable shopping experience this is the place to go. You can try an almost endless amount of flavors which they will give you personal recommendations. With someone who is as indecisive as me most merchants tend to walk away until I've made up my mind. Here they will stand with me the whole time answering the million and one questions I have. If I could give this place a negative star I would. Staff is not very friendly and the selection is mediocre at best. I only use this place if I'm in a pinch and I avoid it at all cost. Seriously I drive clear up to the reynoldsburg store just to avoid them. At least there I get what I need and treated like a customer and not a nuisance. read more

The store hours are terrible and the juices are never stocked for more than a couple of days. Super inconvenient and hardly a good shopping experience. As far as knowledgeability of staff, I would say it's average. Not a fan of this location in the least. I'll take my business elsewhere read more

The staff seem to be pretty knowledgeable about the products, but they are not particularly friendly. In fact one just made me uncomfortable and the other one was just rude. Price wise it looks about average compared to other vape retail outlets. Asked about a few products in particular and they either didn't have it or they told me that it wasn't good to get that one. read more

Store Layout: Let's start with the layout of the store. When you walk in, there's a lot of empty space when you arrive. There's a couple sofas and a table in the center to make the location seem less empty. Then, there's a huge display case on the opposite side of the store. All of the juices are behind the counter and hard to tell what they actually have for sale. If you want to just browse e-juice, forget it. You're expected to ask the clerks, but they weren't easy to talk to and lack the ability to be personable. Experience: From the moment I walked in, I was very uncomfortable. The clerks behind the counter just kind of stared at me and didn't greet me immediately. Someone did eventually acknowledge my existence in the empty store. I started by asking about recommendations of different juices. The clerk gave me one recommendation and prepared a vape for me to try. While preparing the vape, he didn't say anything. Once finished preparing, he handed me the vape. I tried the flavor and loved it. He immediately began ringing me out without recommending any other flavors. I was there to buy multiple flavors and possibly a Sub Ohm vape, but he seemed pretty adamant on ringing me out so he could go back to chatting with his co-worker. Granted, it was 30 minutes to close, but that's plenty of time to try some more flavors and possibly buy a new vape. The experience was quite off-putting and makes me just want to go back to shopping online. If you're in an absolute pinch and need some e-juice, that's the only time I would recommend this place. read more
