I don't know his name but he's always very helpful. The other women are too busy on their cell phones and make me feel I am bothering them. Also other than the one employee I mentioned, the others don't seem to be educated on the products they are selling. I spend anywhere from $50 to $100 a month there and I feel I deserve to walk in and at least be created. Unfortunately Vapor Maven is the only place I know of that carry my product of choice or I'd take my business elsewhere.
