The group here has been amazing. The wife and I flew out of California and I ran out of vape juice. Since alot of the newer vape juice uses synthetic nicotine for some reason I can't vape it. The juice I vaped for over 10yrs went out of business. Vapor lab made me some juice that tasted just like my old juice. I stocked up!! They do an amazing job at making flavors and have a bunch of other stuff at the shop. I would highly recommend them read more

Such good people, not only are they fair in prices but actually know their own products. Vapor lab is a genuine place where you can rely on quality products and services. The woman at the front desk with the curly silver fox hair (I forgot to catch her name) is so lovely and helpful! This was my go to store until I purchased a vape a week ago. I left the box on my dresser as I was not ready to set it up and use it. Well today I decieded to try the new vape and when I opened the box it was empty. I contacted the store and Victoria calls the owner and they would not give me what I paid for, so I brought them the empty box and tried to reason with them I did not have a my receipt had no reason to save it.I am a 76 year old female and could not believe they would think I was trying to scam them. This to me is they do not care about a customer who purchased product from them including other member of my family. I would ask you not to do business with them , they were not very nice about the whole thing. Maybe they should start reading some of these reviews oh wait they do not care!!! read more

Yesterday I went in to Vapor Lab to buy a new mod and tank and the lady I met was borderline rude. (The manager, I believe. Maybe the owner.) The merchandise was over-priced too. A year and a half ago I bought a Kanger KBOX with the basic Kanger tank for $45. Yesterday at Vapor Lab, I paid $50 for the pair. The mod and tank combo weren't that satisfying, and my friend gave me a Sigelei so I decided I didn't need the KBOX. I went back to Vapor Lab and asked the guy at the register about their return policy. The manager lady came out of her office and asked me why I wanted a refund, and I told her it just didn't produce the vapor I was looking for and that I now had a different mod. She got all pissy about how she would do the refund but she's not doing any more refunds, blah blah, making me feel as though I did something wrong simply by asking. Tell you what, Vapor Lab. You have fun not doing any more refunds. I'm just not doing any more business with you. read more

The clerk who helped us, Brandy, was very friendly and helpful. I asked about local authors, and learned there is a section just for them. In the same area, is books specific to Granbury. Very cool little find. I also bought some Granbury themed stickers for random gifts for random friends. I also joined the free shoppers club (if it has a real name, it slipped my mind), where after spending $100, you get $10 of your next purchase. I now know what people are getting for gifts next year... Books on Granbury, written by Granburians!

This is one of my new favorite vape shops. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain all the specs of their mods and tanks. I was looking for a red ijoy diamond, the didn't have it in stock but were happy to order it for me so I could have it the next day. Absolutely love this place. I am a cotton candy fiend but the other three shops I've been to haven't really been that great. When I got a batch from this place I was amazed at how strong the flavor was. It tasted like fresh cotton candy without the burnt taste that usually accompanies it with vaping. I stopped at this store during July of 2017 during my vacation and was completely blown away by the staff that helped me during my visit. The staff was informed of the ingredients that went into their juices so that they could accommodate PG intolerant vapers such as myself and worked with me to find a flavor I love. The house blend juices produced at this store are deilcious and well thought out. Very great experience! read more

Yo. Everyone that is giving a bad review sucks. Ive been to one other vapor shop and they were terrible. The service here is great, I can get just about any flavor I want/need. Very very great prices, ive bought a few mods from here and all have been more than satisfactory. Good people work here and with as much time as I spend here I'd consider them friends lol. I come to Granbury from out of town every couple of months and I make it a point to stop in and see Victoria's pretty smiling face while she mixes up some juice for me.
