This place robs people. Be careful that those 60ml bottles are truly meant to come as 60ml only and not 120ml. After buying the same brand of juice at another location (and the same juice being advertised on their website as 120ml or 2x60ml bottles for $24.99, this store tried to sell me one bottle for the same price. When telling the person working this information, he contacted his manager who said they should sell the bottles individually. Needless to say, I think they are intentionally overcharging people and pocketing the difference. Buyer beware! read more

This place sells CRAP and they will NOT replace or offer you ANYTHING I have purchased three vape devices from them and the longest lasting on was eight days before it was trash so if you but from them don't expect it ti last more than eight days and the WILL NOT WARRANY ANYTHING THERE. So I'm extremely new to vaping, but was in the market to get a starter kit to use as a beginner. I came in and at first the guy helping me seemed nice. I could also tell there was a large variety of juice and vapes to pick from, which was nice to see as a beginner. But also overwhelming since I am new to it all. I told the guy I don't smoke and wanted to get into vaping just for whenever I'm hanging out on our back porch, etc. He pointed out some specials that were available (ie a starter kit with a certain size juice) and that were posted on the wall. I could kind of tell the guy was on something, not that I have an issue with that at all. Anybody who knows me knows I don't judge about that sort of stuff. But it was kind of distracting and I felt like he wasn't fully focused on my needs or fully able to help due to him not being fully functional. He didn't really explain what starter kits were good for beginners, rather I finally had to say what's something cheap to start with? He pointed out this one starter kit and I said sure. Then I took his recommendation for a juice. It all felt rushed and like there wasn't much guidance, which was rather disappointing. He did show us how to put the vape together and some tips (ie priming the coil, etc) which I didn't know. Then he told me to grab one of their rings they have and instructed that it goes on the vape to prevent leakage. We used the vape a couple times in the store to make sure it's fine, which it was. Then after being done I put the ring on it and we left. Shortly after leaving we decided to use it the vape again, but when we tried to use it nothing happened. We tried over and over until I finally realized that maybe the ring shouldn't be on the vape while in use. As a beginner I should have been told this. Yes I have common sense, but it should have been explained and stated "keep the ring on only while you are not using it in order to prevent leakage." Rather I was just told to use it on the vape to keep it from leaking, which I thought was in general it stays on all the time then. I'm pretty sure this ruined the vape because now my throat burns every time I use it and when I go to use it I can feel the juice spark and splatter up, which it didn't do the first time we used it in the store. Unfortunately it seems like I now have a broken vape only a few days after purchasing. And I will now have to go elsewhere for a second opinion and to see if I can get better guidance. read more

Just want to start out by saying that this is my go-to vape shop as it is easily the closest to me and has the most knowledgable staff. The only reason I am not eating Vapor krew on Orange as 5 stars is because of the management. The staff is great, AJ in particular always helps me out me when I'm there and is always courteous and professional. My favorite juice right now (and for the past 6 months) is "That Thai Tea Tho." In fact, it was this store who got me hooked on it in the first place. What was frustrating was that they almost never had enough to keep anything on the shelves. What was once my frustration is now a vape-nightmare as they refuse to carry this juice anymore! Yet there other store has plenty of bottles. Why you ask?! Because they sell it for more. First off, this isn't even my issue. My issue is that I live in downtown Orlando and I'd easily pass 6 vape shoppes making my way all the way down I-drive. Regardless of that, it's annoying that they would do something like this. They clearly don't see the value of making their "regular" customers happy. I've seriously told them I would buy every single bottle they stocked in this store just because I want them to keep carrying it. Not that I would need to, because this juice was hard to keep on the shelves as it is. I think this place has potential but they need to look out for their customers and THEN profits will follow - not the other way around. read more
