Trip over themselves to be helpful some days; roll their eyes at you when you walk in on others…read more The first time i went in there they were super helpful and informative. They led me to a product i liked and talked me through flavors of e-juice. The next time I went in, they seemed impatient that I didn't already know what I wanted. Third time I went in, I upgraded to a minibox. They put it together for me and filled it for me. The next time I went in, the minibox was leaking and I got a mumbled "probably your o rings". nobody even looked at it. One more round with them and they happily replaced the coil to try and fix the leak - and then let me know - for the first time - that if i needed to swap it out, i needed the receipt I'd thrown away 13 days earlier. And then all but called me a liar when i told them that it hadn't been mentioned to me before. So i'm vaping on an expensive piece of junk until i go buy my next one... somewhere else.

They seemed to have tools and machinery for drilling out holes in RBA's and a nice assortment of liquids. Their in-house Vanilla Custard was a win (especially after steeping for a week)! I'll be back next time I'm in town. Their prices are reasonable for a b&m, and for beginners, this is a great place to start.

So, this week I took about a 30 mile trip to Habana Port because I heard they had some of the better Fuente and Davidoff products. As I approached the store from the outside it looked a bit smaller than I had expected and I immediately assumed that it was probably a waste of a trip. Thankfully, however, as soon as I entered the store I was in heaven. Cigars from floor to ceiling on six walls; four walls with a wall down the middle of the store that was cut out towards the front. In front of each wall there were glass cases filled to the brim with goodies. They had everything I came looking for and more. There was so much in there it took me a few minutes to even get my bearings. Now other reviewers here had me a tiny bit concerned saying the owner "followed them around" suspiciously but I did not find that to be the case. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by an employee who I assumed was the owner asked how they could help. I told them I wanted to look for a second but I would certainly want some help after that. I slowly worked my way around to the other side of the store and eventually the man did come around to that side but he kept his distance and waited patiently for me to ask for assistance. Everything there was set up like a jewelry store in nice glass display cases or on shelves behind them so honestly I'd be more annoyed if I had to chase someone down to help me out. I mean I'm not walking behind the counter at Adler's grabbing Rolex's without assistance. Now that might be a stretch to some but if I'm paying $30-40 for a good cigar I don't want it to have been fondled numerous times by other browsing patrons. Overall, I loved the set up and I loved the one-on-one shopping experience I ultimately came to encounter. After browsing a bit the owner looking guy walked off and another guy working the shop came up and started helping me out. I'm now kicking myself for not remembering his name so I could make sure he's always there when I come. He was absolutely amazing and full of knowledge. I explained to him that I had come looking for some stuff that was a little bit more on the higher end to have for the approaching holidays. I told him about what I like and what I thought I was looking for and he helped guide me to an assortment of wonderful sticks. I would 100% recommend checking this place out if you like cigars or are looking to purchase cigars as a gift for someone in your life.
