Sold me an expensive disposable device that did not work, when telling them this I was told there was nothing they could do. Was then told they would recommend a less problematic device, the implication being, they're knowingly selling expensive disposable devices (over twenty bucks after tax) knowing that it's a gamble as to whether or not they're gonna work and if they don't, that's too bad maybe "buy a different kind". If you're not going to replace devices that don't work maybe don't sell ones that you're aware have had issues? At the very least a "no refunds on disposable devices under any circumstances" would make me feel less taken for a ride. read more
