I visited Vape It yesterday for the first time. I was greeted right away by the friendly staff. They just opened so the don't have the largest selection of products, but the helpful, friendly staff makes up for it. I know they are planning on getting a larger selection soon, though. This shop has the BEST customer service I have ever experienced with a vape shop! I was going to my last place for about 4 years and the juice was always a little different even though I always used the same flavor, and I came to believe this was the norm. The first time I came to this shop I was out of juice and my vape was empty so I needed to find a place to stop. I'm from Moore but my mother is from Newcastle and she suggested stopping there even though she vape but had never been in there. First, she was having terrible with her vape so after first giving her a new coil free, he then gave her a used battery for free. What other shop would do that?!?!?! Then I got my juice and it was the best tasting juice I have ever had! I vape cinnamon and he let me know right away if it wasn't hot enough he could always change that, but it tasted so good it was perfect. Now I will admit, and they admit as well, they are a little on the high price end, but even with the prices I will drive from Moore every time i need juice just because the flavor is so great and the customer service is phenomenal!! read more
