We have been customers at the Trussville Vape Escape since they opened. Today we went to the store and noticed the guy working there wasn't wearing a mask, which was fine. We were just going in and out. We weren't incredibly concerned. When it was our turn in line he told us they don't require masks and just stared at us. He said it again indicating he wanted us to take our masks off. I said we're good. We're just getting this and leaving. He then shamed us for wearing masks. He mocked us and proceeded to tell us his views. If my husband hadn't been out of juice, we would have left right then. We can get all the items you sell that we buy online. We were trying to support local businesses. We did not go in there to be shamed and insulted. We have been your customers from day one and we will NEVER be back. read more

Fair juice selection. Great customer service, they keep the products I purchase from them on a weekly basis in stock which most Vape stores absolutely do not do a good job of keeping products they talk you into purchasing initially in stock. So u buy them at most stores recommendation then you run out in a week or two and you go back to re stock and their out!! Not Vape Escape. They also have the best discounts for prior purchase I've found anywhere. I'm not exactly sure how it works but it seems like every time or every other time at most when I check out they give me 15% off. They have a really good hardware selection at average prices. The employees see to it that you absolutely know how the mod, tank.... works before you leave. This should be the case at all Vape Shops and it used to be. Seems like the industry is having trouble keeping good, knowledgeable staff which is absolutely imperative with a vape shop. There is more Than one way to get really hurt bad or worse. If the place new vapers purchase their first mod from go over 3 or 4 simple things but beat these simple things into their mind injuries won't happen. Vaping is not dangerous if the vaper uses common sense. I don't know about any of the other Vape Escape locations as Trussville is the only one I have patronized. read more

Don't try any samples without being prepared to buy first!! Went in there and clearly said "Can i TRY this juice" and the guy says yes. AFTER i try it he tells me "Oh yeah and once you open it you have to buy it and we don't do samples." He waited to tell me AFTER i tried it. I've never been into a vape shop where they don't do samples somehow. He conned me into buying a juice i didn't even like. Don't go here, go to Vape Loft down the street. read more

I love the people at Vape escape Trusville. Trace and Craig are awesome people. They always keep us updated on sales that are going on and they are very helpful with our devices that we purchased in their shops. The atmosphere there is also very chill and very cool. OMG!
