She promised me that she would order my tubes & they'd be there on Friday. Well, I came too early on Friday & the truck hadn't been there yet. I thought ok, ill just buy 1 box of another brand & come back the next day. Tina gave me that box of tubes for free. I went back this morning & sure enough, my tubes were there. There was another young man working there & he was also very helpful. It's clear to me that this store understands the importance of its customers. I walked in and looked around and after a couple of minutes a gentleman named Frank kindly offered me some help. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me a couple of different options. He explained to me how the pens work, showed me how to change coils, add juice etc. After I had made my selection the fun started. He let me sample about 20 different juices to find out what I liked and didn't like and just when I thought I was finished he kept bringing out more. I have to say the customer service was excellent and he was extremely knowledgeable. Today I called and not only did he stock up on that flavor, he remembered me by name just from the phone call! Prices are amazing compared to nearby vape shops. I normally frequent a place called Fog Vapery on Lorain and they charge $27+ tax for ONE elfbar. Grayton had an ongoing special for all disposable vapes at 2 for $30! And they said their normal prices are $20 after the special ends. So affordable!
