I walked in and looked around and after a couple of minutes a gentleman named Frank kindly offered me some help. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me a couple of different options. He explained to me how the pens work, showed me how to change coils, add juice etc. After I had made my selection the fun started. He let me sample about 20 different juices to find out what I liked and didn't like and just when I thought I was finished he kept bringing out more. I have to say the customer service was excellent and he was extremely knowledgeable.
