I gave them 15 minutes and another person sitting in there car, who must be familiar with the fantastic customer service stated that it would be 12am before they would open again? How about you overlap the shifts to not lose the several $100's of dollars that you lost tonight by closing for 30 minutes? This is simply idiotic and I wouldn't buy anything from these folks based on this experience. Since the sign was tattered and looked worse for where, I'm gonna assume they do this all the time. After 2 packs of "REDS" a day for 30 years I haven't smoked in 3 weeks. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They hooked us up with e-smarts and a "juice" that satisfies us both.
