In the last year, all of that Management left and things have just gone downhill. They have what I vape. My vape juice has gone up 25%, when at other stores across town the price 25% cheaper. Their customer service is not great. If one of their products is faulty, they just say yeah that's the way it's been going lately. They don't take responsibility for their faulty products. Even though this place is very close to my home and I've been going there for the last five years I will not be going back.

Their prices were easily 20% more on common products I buy on a weekly bases. I think they have the market cornered on the East side bc there is no way they would stay in business with the outrageous prices. The staff was very nice and helpful but it felt more like a used car sale transaction than anything. Constantly tried to upsale me into a more expensive brand of juice, simply bc I pointed out how much more expensive my normal brand was. Will not be returning, even if I have to drive to the West side for my needs.
