He also knew everything there was to know not only about my vape but all of the products in the store and recommended juices that are all phenomenal. This place is a vape shop and because they are a vape shop and not a smoke shop they actually know about vapes. I've bounced around from vapor shop to vapor shop for a while now, trying to find one that I could get accustomed to and that fit all my needs. While many shops are pretty cookie cutter in choice of products, OKC vapes' friendly and knowledgeable staff, and availability, sets them apart. The first thing that brought me here was their hours. Unlike many vapor shops, OKC vapes is open seven days a week, and until 8pm on weekends. Nothing's worse than running out of juice or breaking your vape and not having anywhere to go to fix your problem. While they may not have the 24 hour availability like I've seen in other states, they make up for it with their store. The buildings design is simple and very easy to navigate, with the juice bar on the left, and batteries, tanks, and whatever else you could need on your right. They also have free coffee and a small candy dispenser right as you walk in. As I said, the product and juice selection (with the exception of some amazing originals like 'Grumpy Cat') is up to par with most other shops. The large variety of juices are offered at all strengths (0-36) and are very nicely displayed and organized on boards hanging behind the counter. The thing that keeps me coming back to OKC vapes is the staff. Not once have I been met with any rudeness by any staff member, even with questions that would be considered obvious to veteran vapors. They always offer assistance in setting up your vape, and also napkins and q-tips to help clean up. They also offer several money saving deals throughout the week, such as a BOGO deal on Tuesdays for 20ml bottles. They also have a juice punch card that gets you a free bottle after you buy 10. The only slight downside (no fault to the store) is the parking. It's a pretty tight area that, if you're not heading south on 24th, is a little tough to get into. But the overall location is beneficial. Right off I-35 between Lindsy and Hwy-9, it doesn't make you have to drive into the heart of Norman or anything. Overall, OKC Vapes is a great one stop shop for all your vaping needs. It's great to finally find a place I know I can trust to get me in and out with whatever I need. TL;DR OKC vapes rips its customers off, go anywhere else. this review has everything you need to know. Realistically speaking, okc vapes has potential, but as of right now they have set themselves up for failure. with juice prices through the roof and other things. The prices are so ridiculous in fact that a 50 ml bottle of juice there is 10 dollars more than a 60 Ml at competing stores, not only that but some of the staff doesn't sound like they know what they are even talking about. whether it be the pronunciation of things or even the wrong names of things all together. their product is massively overpriced with the Alien 220 MOD BY ITSELF coming in at 15 dollars or more than competing stores sell the Alien KIT. their batteries are overpriced and they only sell one brand of battery which is mediocre at best. they never have anything in stock and when they do its the same story... OVERPRICED, not only this, but the staff consistently lies to their customers about some Bogus FDA Customs hold on their product when in fact that is untrue as they buy from local distributors. its as if they want to fail. When the other negative reviews were brought up, the Higher ups in the company told me that they won't do anything about the negative reviews, UNLESS they were sent to the email that they have posted in store, In my opinion if i were a business owner and noticed that i was receiving bad reviews on any platform of media whether it be google reviews, yelp, or Facebook etc i would do what i could in my power to get them sorted out. The store refuses to sell any popular mods or tanks, and some of their premiums have prices that would make your jaw drop, For example they sell a brand called Urban legends, where a 30 ml of juice goes for 18 dollars and a 100ml goes for 48 Dollars!!! you could very easily get a 4 oz of cuttwood premium which is a better known better quality brand for the same price. I may not have a degree in business but i know that if you see a store selling a product and notice that they can barely keep it in stock, then that may be a product you should strongly consider bringing into your store. this is not the case at OKC vapes, Where Exclusivity seems to be their goal, yet is seemingly causing a big loss in money. all in all, they are not a company id recommend anybody go to unless you're willing to get ripped off. anywhere is better than okc vapes. read more
