I frequent the Moore shop weekly. Every time I visit, the employees are very nice, and expedient in completing my order. I have asked the staff several questions, and they always answer with kindness, never acting as though it is a burden to have to answer. This place is two times the size of other vape shops, if not more and don't have even half the products all other shops do. Rude service. Makes you feel like you are a nuisance. I spent 240$ on two mods and two tanks and I get home and set them up and notice the paint is already wearing down. Not even 2 hours after I buy them I call and see if there is anything we can do and they basically said it wasnt their problem. I just dont see how that is even legal.
