I visited Vape City in the afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed the customer service. The team was incredibly helpful and kind, especially the manager, a girl with black hair who was incredibly sweet. However, there was another girl named Abby whose name was on my receipt. Abby was very rude and rushed me on my purchase. She didn't make me feel welcome at all and basically ignored me. She gave me a judgmental look, and crying to other customers in the store felt very uncomfortable. I hope she won't help or attend me when I go back.
