First of all, the entire staff-- from the first young lady who took my call to the receptionists that I saw weekly to the OT, Kathy Jo, who planned and worked my treatment--was professional and kind. I never waited more than 3-4 minutes to get started and always felt like I was progressing. I felt like Kathy Jo knew just how far to push me, not letting me take the easy way out, but also reading my needs. I had "homework" to do which I did gladly. I'm sharing my appts with another OT now, Lynn, and I find her knowledgeable as well. I'm happy I made this choice.

The workouts are very individualized, as well as challenging. I have visited this facility for a few months and my knee has progressed very well. Sensory Link Pediatric Therapy is the best place in our area for occupational, speech, and physical therapy for kids with a wide variety of needs. The owner is an occupational therapist (OT) who treats kids at this location. She is personally invested in the success of the business and the children that she treats. We've been seeing an OT here since they opened over four years ago. A few years ago we added speech. They emphasize sensory input to help regulate and get children back in sync. They have several excellent feeding therapists for children that have trouble eating certain textures, moving food within their mouth, swallowing, gagging, or aversions to certain types of food. They are also excellent at helping children with hand writing and use the Hand Writing Without Tears system. Every employee here loves kids & their job. They work hard to personalize services to help each child to achieve their maximum potential in life and to close the gap on developmental delays as quickly as possible. Their new location is in a bright, beautiful, eco-friendly building with lots of room for the kids to run, jump and have sensory fun. They have a large waiting area with lots of toys to play with while the children wait and to keep siblings busy during the appointment. I noticed lately that many of the children like to stay after their appointment to play in the waiting area a little longer. This place is fun, professional, and effective. We love Sensory Link!!

They were very very nice and respectful and made us aware of everything that was going to happen. The food here was very very good but not always hot one brought to her room. She had physical therapy and occupational therapy during the week and on the weekends she had a little break. All the nurses were exceptional and were very helpful with anything she needed. I would highly recommend this rehab facility coming from a family of healthcare providers we know what we're looking at and I truly have to say this place was amazing.
