Vantage Garage Doors is the second company AHS sent out for a second opinion after the first company, Winston Doors LLC, tried to upsell us by $930. AHS knew the quote was incorrect but still allowed Winston Doors to approach us. Shame on AHS for referring us to them! Vantage Garage Doors, on the other hand, was excellent and honest! The repair was fully covered under our policy, and they fixed the problem quickly. Five stars to Henry for accurately diagnosing the problem! read more

My home warranty company American Home Shield referred us out to Vantage Garage Doors. As many of you know, the quality of vendors used by home warranty companies can be suspect. My experience with Henry from Vantage Garage Doors qualifies for a 10 star review if possible. Upon requesting service for a non-opening garage door, I received an inquiry within the hour. The appointment was set for the next day. Henry was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Since parts for a 30 year old garage door system are non-existent, it was determined to replace the whole unit. When Henry came back to replace the unit, Henry was on time, knowledgable and professional. The replacement unit was a quality Genie model that is extremely quiet and smooth. Instead of trying to do the minimum effort to get the job done, Henry lined up the new wall controllers and the wiring to be as clean and professional as possible. Henry was careful around the vehicles that couldn't be moved and cleaned up when done. I couldn't be happier. read more

Vantage is a family owned & operated 5 star company On 23rd October my home warranty American Home Shield sent Vantage Garage Door LLC for a second opinion on my Garage door after the first company Winston Doors LLC had an outrageous upsell quote of $930 saying the motor was broken because the door was heavy & denied by AHS. Vantage did an honest assessment said nothing wrong with the motor and said a wire was broken so they were approved by AHS & fixed it. Leason learned is get a list from your warranty provider abd check reviews on Google and Yelp before they are called out & if you think the charge is a scam then ask for a second opinion. Vantage is a family owned & operated 5 star company. read more

Recently Vantage came out to fix my garage door opener. They were very quick to return my call, quick & easy to schedule and arrived on time. The technician was knowledgeable & made the repair. The remote opener needed a new battery but the technician said that it would work now. When I got the battery, the next day, it didn't work at all. They wanted $85 to come back out to program it. Ultimately I have a garage door opener that only half works which is disappointing because it all started out good. This is my experience. read more

Vantage Garage Doors installed a new insulated garage door and belt driven garage door opener unit; and all the accoutrements. The door and motor are so quiet compared to the old one. The technician and office person were efficient and quick to respond to our original inquiry, follow up questions, and kept us updated on the delivery and installation schedule. We were referred by a friend who håd used Våntage Garage Doors years ago. The company is a local small company. We are very happy with the transaction, the cost, and the new system. Get a quote in writing. My machine broke & the technician told me it would be $480 to replace. I called the office to see if that included installation & she said yes. I said let's do that. She asked if I wanted the cheaper option at $380. I asked what the difference is. She said the $480 was a belt driven with WiFi & the $380 was chain driven. I asked for the chain drive. After installation I got a bill for the $480. I questioned & said I was quoted $380. They said it was $580 for the belt drive & $480 for the chain drive. I was told by 2 people the quote was $480 but I'm the one who misheard the quote. read more

Home warranty sent Vantage to my home. Apparently they work a lot with warranty companies. Probably red flag number one. After an hour the tech told my daughter the opener is under warranty & most likely we'd have to call Chamberlain. Why would this take an hour? Then he left my 22 year old daughter with no paperwork at all. As a "professional " he should've known she'd need Chamberlain number, part number & serial number. He was on a ladder for an hour with all of that information in front of him. Why not write it down for her? Nope. Just left. No door fixed. No paperwork. No help. After speaking to Chamberlain the door is NOT under manufacturer warranty. Expired in July. But because he reported it that way, my home warranty is now denying the claim. Would not recommend this company at all. Home warranty immediately issued a refund for this horrible service. read more

I had scheduled a service request for garage door repair through my home warranty company. Vantage Garage Doors reached out very quickly to schedule service and to gather more details about the issue. After explaining the issue, they said that it was likely the sensors and gave some tips on how to troubleshoot on my end and advised I should call back once I gave that a try and they'd be happy to come out to investigate and replace the sensors. Well, after cleaning the sensors the garage door worked perfectly. I appreciate their honestly as they could have easily come out and charged for a service call and repair and they did not. read more
