They lied about the progress being made when in fact, they haven't even started working on it yet. I'm livid, and each time I talk to the owner they are "waiting on a part". I learned from a very reliable source that they were not aware of any parts actually ordered at this point. I will be calling the BBB at 8:00am on July 30, 2025. Absolutely do not recommend this place!!!

I looked for somewhere along my route to stop immediately. I saw Paul's Body Shop. I dropped in and asked if someone could check my tires. The gentleman was very helpful. He checked my tires and added air. I asked how much for his services. He said no charge. I appreciate this level of customer service. It is rare. If I needed a body shop, I would certainly try them.

She is young, very pretty, sweet and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. George Paul and his son Mark are the owners and operators. They have been in this business for over 40 years. They also have a very good relationship with all of the auto insurance companies and are trusted and known to do excellent work. But their first loyalty is to the customer. I would say that George Paul's Body Shop is the very best place to take your wrecked automotive needs.
