But the software to dealer light came back on. I took it back twice more trying to get that fixed. Today Sam in service, instead of being concerned I had not had my vehicle for 3 weeks, told me I had taken money out of his pocket by writing an honest review complaining about a known problem with the Honda software. He wasn't the least bit concerned, that I ,the customer ,had been without a car for weeks. I've bought 3 Hondas from them. Never again! If Sam had been more concerned about getting the job done right in the first place, I'm sure his money would be fine. What ever happened to caring for the customer? Sam certainly did not.

When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they were completely unhelpful, rude, and unwilling to take any responsibility.
