It is so blotchy and horrible with brassy tones and totally uneven and stripes even after I came in again to get it fixed. I paid $150 for completely uneven blotchy hair. I asked for "blended to my roots" "faded into my roots" and "a shade lighter" even mentioned "balayage". Had to have her mix another bowl of toner because she assumed the weird peachy color was the tone i wanted but really was about 5 months of toner washing out and the previous pink dye that washed out and had to beg for the correct toner to be mixed up. The toner was intense and she put it on twice since I went in again to get it fixed, my hair is a strange color now as well as extremely damaged. She was babysitting her grandaughter while doing my hair which is beyond unprofessional. Although very cute she was extremely distracting, prancing around the studio, needing things and taking away from our appointment. The studio is super dusty/dirty with lots of chipping paint, old magazines, clutter, a tell tale sign of how much someone cares about their buisness. The wash basin is crammed in a corner which is chipping and has black marks on the wall from dirty shoes and feet that get pressed up against it, no one bothered to paint it or wash the dirty black spot on the wall? Maybe the $150 could go towards some paint or some windex. You couldn't pay me to come back here.
