I purchased a groupon for 6 laser hair removal treatments for a large area. According to the…read moregroupon "full legs" are listed as a large area. However, upon calling to schedule my appointment I was informed politely by Kelly that the groupon is only for upper or lower legs (despite groupon listing it as a medium area) and that should I want my full legs done I would need to pay a $100 upgrade fee. She stated that it was a mistake on groupons part. I have gone back onto groupon and THE SAME EXACT GROUPON is still being listed showing "full legs" as a large area. Therefore, I highly doubt that it is a mistake on groupons part. Anyway, I scheduled an appointment and it was canceled several times. Very displeased. Tried to get a refund through Groupon but she had redeemed it despite me NEVER HAVING BEEN THERE! That is unacceptable and wrong.
