First of all, I'm located in Nashville so I put my trust in this lovely team to make sure my mom was all taken care of and they did that and more! Bless the staff for being so patient and kind with all my calls I made to make sure everything was perfect! I am amazed at the quality of hospitality. Every interaction was just outstanding. In my moms own words this was not only the BEST spa experience she had, this was the BEST GIFT she ever received. (Ladies and gents in the area take note that this is a great experience to gift your loved ones) I chose to customize a Renew spa package for her including a hydra facial. I added on lunch for her and she enjoyed her salad! I believe she also decided to get her hair done and she felt so refreshed! She called me AMAZED and couldn't wait to tell me every little detail. I also have to give my respect to the manager and staff because I asked them to make sure she does not pay for spa day and to allow me to pre-tip as well so my mom can be all covered. When I called to make my appt, the receptionist set me up with Allison and assured me she knew what she was doing when it came to short haircuts and bangs. To say the least, Allison lived up to every expectation I had for my visit and final haircut! Even on my most recent trip just a few days ago for a quick bang trim, she was waiting at the front desk EVEN when I walked in nearly 10 minutes early, hung up my coat and had me in the chair in less than a minute. I took my 15-year-old son to get a perm from Kamila. The perm turned out great each time.. He had…read morea total of three perms over the course of a year. The first perm was $85 plus a $35 trim.. seriously, two snips off the front. The second time we came Kamila charged $95, which whatever- she should've said that it went up 10 bucks, but looking back I feel she was feeling like I wouldn't question $10- and I didn't. The third perm (3 months later) I went up to pay and I thought she said $85, I put my card in and then noticed it said $185. I felt a punch to my gut as I was walking out, and I didn't want to question in front of my son to embarrass him. I immediately contacted Kamila after leaving and she said she would look at what she charged me previously. Hours later, she said " the prices have gone up and I "think" I had a sign up a month ago, but I must've taken it down before you came in!" This is where it really gets disheartening. There are absolutely no signs of pricing in this salon, and there shouldn't be! No salons put up pricing on a wall.! There are not even prices for perms listed on her menu as she said from the beginning, that perms are a rarity at this salon. This is my problem, Kamila is the owner of the salon. She was deceitful and she knows she was. You have absolutely every right as an owner to charge whatever you want. As a repeat customer- if you went up 100% in the service you better - make sure you tell your customer this BEFORE the service. There are no prices on the menu for this service. I work in a high-end aesthetics salon. When the price of Botox or fillers goes up, I am upfront with my clients BEFORE the service, and we are only talking a small increase- not 100% increase. We will, of course, never go back to Enve or recommend to anyone . I only took the time to put this review to help and spare anyone else from being embarrassed and taken advantage of. I am so glad I was there with my son, as my other son was going to take him and he only had $85 with him as he works extra just to pay for this service!! He would have been so embarrassed!
