Eyebrow threading is around seven euro and it is not necessary to make an appointment. Just grab a seat and let the girls work their magic. If you are interested in a quiet spa style manicure, this is not the place for you. The concession is noisy and busy and the staff chat over to one another which is no bad thing if you hate making small talk like me. I've had OPI gel manicures (29 euro) here with varying degrees of success. Some have managed to stay on my nails for ten days while others peeled away after four. The last time I had a bad manicure, I emailed a complaint and was offered a half price OPI treatment which is still shining away on my nails 10 days later. I would recommend this place for a quick eyebrow treatment or a manicure (12 euro) if you don't mind the noise/ heat and general hustle and bustle of Penneys. If you prefer a quieter spot, there are plenty in the area which offer the similar gel manicures for perhaps five euro more.

Unfortunately, most of the staff struggles to speak English, so if you have some special requirements or questions, don't even bother. The main girl and the older man are brilliant nail artists, so I recommend choosing them to do your nails. If you still choose to go to this salon, make sure to watch every step they do to ensure your nails look good at the end. Advice for owners: improve staff's English skills, work on your time management and pay more attention to quality rather than the quantity of customers. :)

Magic is run by Kate, an extraordinary character and lovely lady through and through. She has back to back appointments so make sure you book in advance. They were warm and welcoming and managed to squeeze us in. You really cannot go wrong with this bunch. Highly recommend!
