My 5 star rating is for the service that I've continued to receive from Shea. I would rate the…read morecompany on a whole as a 1.5. I've been a client of lash technician Shea since November 2021. I'd only gotten my lashes done one time prior to Shea, when I was visiting California and it was something I wanted to continue to explore. I'd visited Divine Threading (Aliante location) before to get my eye brows waxed and so I asked about their lash services. The front desk rep suggested that I schedule an appointment with Shea. From my first appointment with Shea I knew that she was THE one. From her relatability, her welcoming demeanor, to her attention to detail and effective commication about business policies, available services and prices, I was sold. I explained to Shea that I wanted the Classic set but wanted them to look extremely natural. We looked through some of her photos of other clients so that I could more accurately provide a tangible example; but what also set Shea apart was her knowledge shared as well. Shea educated me on facial features and how certain looks can be more complimentary to certain facial structures (ie: head size, head shape, eye brow alignment, eye shape, etc). She educated me on how to properly care for my lashes especially as a new client who wasn't familiar with getting this service. I would absolutely recommend Shea if your looking for a lash technician and live in the North Las Vegas area!!! Pros: Shea is professional she is efficient and meticulous she is relatable, warm and welcoming she is an effective communicator she is reliable Cons: The biggest con is the customer service and communication from the business itself I've had the front desk reps call me to confirm appointment times and dates that were wrong I've had experiences where Shea was out of town and I booked with another technician I'd never seen before. I showed up to my appt. and after waiting 15 -20 mins was told there was an error in the company system And they double booked Ky. During this specific incident, the front desk informed Ky of my arrival. apparently she told them that she did not have an appt with me and continued with another client she had taken back after my arrival. Not once did Ky come out and introduce herself, ask who I'd been scheduled with or any Sort of direct acknowledgment While I was present. After expressing my dissatisfaction with my experience and highlighting that I no longer wanted to communicate with the office due to their lack of professionalism, customer service and sheer human respect, I was contacted by Ky directly to apologize for her lack of professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Shea as your lash technician but would suggest that Divine Threading owners work on more effectively: Streamlining their appointment system(s) Front desk staff being more informed on appointment times and dates Taking ownership of miscommunication to show you value your clients and their time Technicians being more customer oriented and friendly to all as you could miss opportunities of new clients based on first impressions.

It wasn't so much the incident itself that frustrated us, but the lack of concern and follow-up care afterward. We had to call multiple times and visit the location several times just to get some guidance on how to care for his skin. When you're performing a procedure as intense as a chemical peel, both the pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care are critical. There should be proactive follow-up with clients to monitor their healing process and provide clear instructions and support regarding aftercare and recommended products. Unfortunately, we didn't receive that level of care, which was very disappointing.

Jaylene was very accommodating and nice as we talked for hours during the appointment haha! She also kept into consideration that I was pregnant and was kind in helping me. My hair was very long and thick which resulted in the appointment being over 8+ hours! Jaylene was very patient and cared about my hair. She did not rush the process and showed a lot of detail and created such great work in the end! I am highly satisfied with the results and my hair feels lighter and fresh. I am so grateful for Jaylene for taking on my crazy head of hair! I highly recommend her as she has such a great personality and helped create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Haircuts for my son are usually done at home bc finding a safe space with a professional that understands autism is hard to come by. I believe it's important to expose my son to typical experiences (like getting your hair cut at a salon), so when I came across Chelsea's video on Instagram, I jumped to it quickly. Her salon is clean & simple (not overwhelmed with colors and decor like a kid's salon would be) - which is perfect as my son is easily overwhelmed. She had a cart of sensory toys for my son to play with & allotted for extra time to get him comfortable with her before she started his haircut. She did everything to prevent any autism tantrums or meltdowns my son could have possibly. He did amazing! This was the best my son ever did with getting a haircut! We couldn't be any happier with the outcome. We live on the opposite end on the valley from The Beauty Lab but will be coming back for the amazing service.

She was an hour late starting as she was "fixing crooked eyebrows" that apparently another tattooist had done. She then proceeded to bad mouth the owner and the other tattooist who was a no call no show to work that day. I spend 10 minutes helping her find her phone before we start. Karen had me draw on my eyeliner with my own pencil then she began to color it in. I later learned this is a major no no and why it got an infection after. So she begins tattooing and as she is working says she needs a new needle as the one she has is too small. She bails for 20 minutes looking for a new needle as my eye swells shut. She finds it but can't get it loaded and the gun working right. So we are back to the original too small needle. All the while this shit hurts and my eye is swollen so I can't see anything. One eye in I want to leave but know I can't with one eye done and the other not.... I am an idiot and should have just left. For aftercare she gave me an old tube of A&D ointment not cool. End result is the lines are a mess, no way am I going back for them try and fix it. And I have these white bumps that appeared and needed to be treated by a dermatologist. And the black has faded to a smudge grey look. Stay away from this place.

Currently I have to make corrections every day with makeup to my brows. I have to say that the reviews did not mentioned her unprofessional, narcissistic, very rude attitude. During my appointment she was more concerned in telling me about her cat, ranch and retirement plans than asking or listening to what I have to say about what I wanted for my eyebrows. She did everything I did NOT want. She shaved my eyebrows and make them thinner even thought I mentioned that I didn't shaved them or plug them out. The color was reddish, completely the opposite of what I wanted. My brows were long and curvy, exactly the opposite of what I wanted. 3 month after her work, my eyebrows have lost 50% of the color and have grown back, I guess after the quality of her work I am glad because it is easier to fix them with makeup. However, I wasted $399 dollars and the time writing the review just so people don't go through what I did. People stay away from Teresa, you will regret it!!!

But I shall try again because I want to help you save your money, time, and not be treated like trash!***** ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am kicking myself for not coming here first to read the reviews before wasting money and time purchasing "$399 worth of services" for her business. Had I done that I would have noticed that it wasn't worth it at all and I am not surprised by the reviews that mentioned her poor treatment and terrible behavior. She was VERY RUDE and condescending! I was originally interested in her new method of Microblading and since I had a lot of Groupon bucks to burn, I decided to try it. BIG MISTAKE! First off she has it advertised as "$399 WORTH IF SERVICES" in the title but then in the small section below it "conveniently" has the message: "Microblading removal treatment. All natural treatment for microblading and permanent makeup eyebrows." But she claimed it was removal only??? Why wouldn't you just say that in the advertisement then!? Why confuse people by putting two different sentences that would assume either/or?!? Why not say exactly "removal ONLY!!!???" She was so dismissive and snappy and wouldn't even look me in the face after disrespectfully telling me the Groupon was wrong. I tried to tell her it was kind of misleading and she actually ignored me (immature much?!) then began to get extremely defensive when I stood there in shock and her demeanor basically said "too bad! I'm not willing to help. I don't need your business, so leave and take it up with Groupon!". She seriously walked behind the counter and dismissed me by removing my booking. You would think she would be like "sorry Groupon maybe messed up on their end, but let me book you for treatment and maybe take off 10% of the full service. I'll alert Groupon to help you get a refund from for the confusion". She wouldn't even look at my phone to see how it was misleading or can be interpreted as receiving microblading. Like am I crazy?!? If it's a generic title for 399 worth of services, and then a sentence below stating All natural treatment for microblading and permanent makeup eyebrows! Her demeanor and dismissive attitude was unnecessary and I would have just easily disputed with Groupon, but she wouldn't even look to see how the advertisement was displayed to save herself form looking like the bad guy. Based off the reviews and pictures of some of the shoddy workmanship, I dodged a bullet anyway. Hope you are as lucky too! I'm sure she fixed the advertisement by now since this review was oddly not posted (or maybe falsely removed?), but she did me a favor by being so rude. I got my refund anyway after contacting Groupon and telling them what happened. And even better, didn't risk getting botched.
