Just a terrible experience all around. When I walked in, I was asked to pay a copay. Since I was there for a physical, I wasn't supposed to pay a copay. The receptionist said that the visit wasn't for a physical but to establish a relationship with the doctor. They were short-staffed and couldn't do a physical. Dr. Reddi only checked my weight, blood pressure, breathing, and thyroid and asked me a few health questions. The total visit was a max of 10 minutes. Later, I called my health insurance and they were billed for a physical ... close to $700! A week or so later, Dr. Reddi called me to recommend a prescription. The call was 2 minutes long. They billed the insurance company $120 and claimed that it was a telehealth call. Telehealth calls are supposed to be at least a 1/2 hr long. I tried to get my copay back for the first visit, but they said that they applied that toward the 2-minute call instead. Watch out for these charges. It's total fraud in my opinion. read more
