Overall we were very impressed with the quality of the work and prompt follow up with our credit union, and we were delighted with how friendly and courteous they were throughout the process. Doug showed up to perform the appraisal, he was on time, extremely polite and professional . He was also very patient and thorough with his work - - evaluating the entire home and structure from top to bottom diligently looking for anything relevant and newsworthy. Even though some areas of the home (i.e. basement and extra bedrooms) contained clutter since we were in the middle of (a very long and ongoing) cleaning and organizing project, Doug never complained.
