The two girls finally came out of the back and Grabbed the two guys that came in after me who also had 130 appointments. At 1:40 PM, I asked why I made an appointment if there's nobody there to cut my hair. One of them told me that the girl that I was assigned to would not be finished cutting hair for another 20 minutes. When the customer comes second, you find a new place to go. That was my first time there and last of course. The communication in this place is horrible. They see you standing there and try not to make eye contact. I was only there for a simple men's haircut, but ended up walking out. I went back to great clips where I always get a great haircut and good conversation. Whoever owns this barbershop needs to get involved with their business or it will fail.

We got there at 1:09 and we stood in front of the door for a couple minutes. The door was locked. There was four employees inside, And no customers. I assumed they saw me. I made eye contact with one of them through the window. And stood there for a few minutes We call the number on the the door right at 1:10. They turned my son and myself away 2 hours before we had a wedding photo shoot. I ask to speak with the manager. The receptionist Leslie had a very badd attitude. She said, I'm sorry honey there's nothing I can do .you guys have a wonderful day and enjoy your wedding. They had 4 barbers in the shop and not a single customer. I ask to speak with the owner , the receptionist( Leslie )told me that she's not available . Leslie quickly handed me a business card and then shut the door in my face and locked it smiling at me through the glass door. I called the number 4 times that she gave me on the business card ,she answered that number herself. She told me to call back and hang up and that she would put me through to the voicemail. I tried to do this she answered the phone again. Then she started to play dumb and told me all I have to do is call back again and hang up. I did this 4 times I finally gave up after the 4th phone call. I have better things to do with my time then play childish games. I've been coming here for years and have always received a good haircut at this place. It's unfortunate that a super fake receptionist with a badd attitude Has ruined this whole experience. She is killing this business.

However this was not the case. I got there 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I ended up waiting 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled for. Which is fine I get things happen, but once we started the haircut the stylist "washed" my hair for about 20 seconds. After that, we began the haircut, which lasted for about 30 minutes. They only used a razor, and I asked specifically for layers, which they didn't add just hacked away at it. My hair is uneven and shorter than what I asked for. When I went to go pay they charged me $90 plus tip. Which is fine if it was a quality haircut. For $100 I expect a quality experience and at the very least an acceptable haircut.

He just kept cutting and cutting and cutting going over the same areas multiple times. "Peter" was talking non-stop the entire time. Complaining about starting his day at midnight. Repeatably complaining about customers. Complaining about a Casino. Complaining about a friends cowboy hat. I've seen the behavior before in drug related case studies. Drugs or maybe a medical condition of some kind. He also complained about what a lady said to him about his Domed, (Clubbing), fingernails. They look pretty bad. It could be affecting his behavior. The lady even told him he should see a doctor. Her husband died from symptoms related to that condition. Either way. He has no business cutting anyone's hair.
