I also noticed trash put in my vanity and signs that personal belongings in my bedroom appeared to have been handled. This included makeup that showed signs of use and one product that was fully used up. I shared these concerns with the company but did not receive a response at that time. A manager later contacted me to discuss the invoice. During the call, I attempted to explain my experience, but the conversation felt tense and one-sided, with limited opportunity to fully share my perspective. I was told the company guarantees 100% customer satisfaction, but my concerns about the service and communication were not addressed in a way that reflected that standard.
