I was told what service I should purchase given my needs and since I wanted a deep clean (even though a lot of the list was not relevant for my house).... I indicated what I wanted done .... The feedback was initially professional and I waited for my clean ...and then I received a call the day before my event, indicating that they couldn't fulfill most of my needs... I was actually picking up a floral arrangement and my friend overheard it and was totally disgusted by the phone call. I still went along with the cleaning because i had an event... This was a couple years ago, but this business randomly came across my feed and it still has left a sour taste in my mouth. They also brought in frozen coffee drinks and left rings on my $2,500 butcher block and skipped over two bedrooms ....given I have a three-bedroom house. I did not address, but I knew I wouldn't hire again, given the experience. I have since found a cleaner that is wonderful.

This included makeup that showed signs of use and one product that was fully used up. I shared these concerns with the company but did not receive a response at that time. A manager later contacted me to discuss the invoice. During the call, I attempted to explain my experience, but the conversation felt tense and one-sided, with limited opportunity to fully share my perspective. I was told the company guarantees 100% customer satisfaction, but my concerns about the service and communication were not addressed in a way that reflected that standard.
