The feedback was initially professional and I waited for my clean ...and then I received a call the day before my event, indicating that they couldn't fulfill most of my needs... I was actually picking up a floral arrangement and my friend overheard it and was totally disgusted by the phone call. I still went along with the cleaning because i had an event... This was a couple years ago, but this business randomly came across my feed and it still has left a sour taste in my mouth. They also brought in frozen coffee drinks and left rings on my $2,500 butcher block and skipped over two bedrooms ....given I have a three-bedroom house. I did not address, but I knew I wouldn't hire again, given the experience. I have since found a cleaner that is wonderful.
