I wasn't sure how to file a 1099 and just put it off.. then 2019 came around and then 2020.. I knew I needed to get those taxes filed. I was referred to Nancy at Tax Centers of America and she was great. I filed via email exchanges with her (thanks to COVID 19) and she made it very simple. It was actually nice to file from home. She let me know exactly what she needed, and what was missing and was very kind. She helped me with all kinds of write offs that I didn't even expect to be able to write off (did I mention I was clueless about business taxes??). She did a great job and it's clear she is passionate about helping her clients get the best result, and not just in the office to collect a paycheck. Definitely will return to her next year! We have been forced to transfer accountants due to being flat out put on the back burner. Calling with questions or getting questionable bills in the mail from the IRS that they should have paid. They would never call or email me back. I had to walk in the office on my lunch half hr break and demand an answer just to get anyones help. On top of that they never took responsibility for their mistakes! Just said to have my current accountant fix the issue. Never in my life would I recommend this place to anyone. After my new accountant looked over out taxes for the previous two years she saw several places where they made mistakes or numbers didn't add up and they just made a fake account like inventory to put all the leftovers. Needless to say we had a big mess to clean up at the expense of our company. They are more interested in passing out their religious pamphlets then actually running a professional business.
