The cost to replace the security camera that he broke, was nearly $400.00. He promised to pay for it when I sent him a receipt, which I did! He has still never paid for it! He also advertises the price of $400 on his business card, but charge me$500, claiming that it's the size of my house (1846 SQFT, Single Story, shingled Roof, 8 years old). He didn't know the proper procedure for moss removal. He didn't even use the right product for it!! He kept trying to find anything that he could possibly come up with, to get more work. I wouldn't hire him ever again!! Irresponsible, Disrespectful, Unprofessional, with a Record in Clark County, WA.

My experience with Alex started off with a red flag. Stated he was working til 1pm…read more So half a day basically. This was a shower tile job. New construction. The job was a 3 day job at the most. 2 days tile, third day grouting. He spent a week. after the 3rd day we could see a problem with how he laid the tile in an upper corner. Glaring problem. He said he would fix it. Never did. I also pointed out the tiles were angled and not symmetrical to allow grout or sealant for the corner gaps. Again, said he would fix it. He didn't! On his last day, Alex calls and says he is done and requested payment. Unfortunately I paid him the final payment. When we get home the job isn't even done. It is so bad, there is no way his photos of previous tile jobs he did, were actually his work. I wish I could post pics here. Horrible work. My wife and I could have done a better job. I texted him and let him know his work was unacceptable and he needed to come back and fix everything. He actually said he didn't think it looked that bad! No sealant between window and tile. Just an open gap. Holes in the grout and seal in the corners. No seal between lower tile and shower pan. Crooked tile he never did fix. And oh, the same bad job in that corner he said he was fixing. So he says he will be back in a few days. Then says he has a family emergency. Now can't get a hold of him at all. Seems like he has blocked me. Beware. Horrible terrible workmanship. I constantly had a hard time getting a hold of him and having him agree to a time-line. We agreed on a price per sq.ft. only to have it increase when his labor finally showed up. He left me to finish doing all of the small trim pieces of sheet rocking even though he promised numberous times to return and complete the job. He tries ot operate as a big contractor and in reality he is a one-man show. I do not recommend him for any project other than a small remodel as my project was a new 6000 sq.ft. house that he could not handle.

It required some very complicated planning. John replied to my message immediately and we set up an appt for him to come look at the space and find out what my vision for this space was. He returned a reasonable bid and started the job shortly after our original meeting. I found John to be incredible at communication and being on time. He and Dillon were very respectful of my living space while the project was being constructed by cleaning up daily, laying a protective barrier on my floors to avoid any possibility of damage and they did an amazing job completing this project far beyond my expectations.
