Great trail for a leisurely ride with friends. Also and abundant amount of wildlife from owls to alligators. Bring your camera.

What a wonderful time! My husband surprised me with reservations (SUN 4/23/17) as an early Birthday…read morepresent. Upon our early/Punctual arrival, Barb and Robert were still preparing the horses for our trail ride, so my husband and I took a little, exploratory walk around the ranch. We were able to meet several Horses and a very sweet Goat. One of the horses is Ziva... she's an absolute Lover! We returned back to the stable to meet our Horses, Dancer and Houston. Dancer was my Riding Buddy and he was a very good Boy. I Love Him. My husband was paired with Houston, a beautiful Painted and also a very good Boy. Barb and Robert assisted us with mounting and briefed us on what to expect of the trail as well as our horses disposition and preferred methods of control, i.e. DO'S/DON'TS. They were Super Nice and Funny TOO! The trail was beautiful and serene. WE HAD SOOO MUCH FUNNN!!! AND Will Definitely Return , as we are local residents. I'm so pleased to know that I can travel just a few moments down the road and feel so far removed from the hectic bustle of Disney. I Can't Wait to go Back. I even think that I'd like to be paired with Dancer again. And AGAIN! Hope you enjoyed your Birthday Barb!

Wonderful guides and horses and amazing scenery!…read more The last time I road a horse was over 30 years ago, but the patient guides and horses at II Ventures put me at ease. Dancer knew the trail well and kept up with the other horses so I could enjoy the beautiful Green Swamp and some great conversation with the owners. II Ventures would. E perfect for new and experienced riders, families, singles, young, older, or whomever wants to ride. I highly recommend!

Workers are friendly for the most part, they are younger but try their best to be helpful. I think the ones in the cafe can be friendlier and greet people but that's my only complaint. Definitely keep an eye on your child as it's easy for them to make contact with another child while playing. Especially during peak hours. I've seen them host adults only nights too! Very cool place for kids and parents. Definitely my son's happy place.

We were lucky because it turns out they were offering a winter play pass, which allows my son to play from Thanksgiving break through all of winter break until school goes back on January 8. I hope they offer a summer pass too. We brought him here three or four times over the winter holidays and he just loves it. There is lots for him to do. He is right about 47 or 48 inches. This allows him to do almost everything except the 55 inches plus ropes course. He is barely able to do the small child ropes course at 47 inches (which is his speed because he is a bit of a scaredy cat) but he can also do the middle ropes course which is for 45 to 55 inches, though he won't. He loves the trampoline area but also enjoys the zip line and ninja playground. My nephew who is 13 really enjoyed the ropes course and the climbing walls. it was great because it was a place that we could bring them both and they could have fun together. There isn't much for the three and under crowd so if you have a small one, note that. The first time we came, there was no guest Wi-Fi, which was really problematic as there's like one bar of cell service here, but they have since put in guest Wi-Fi, which is great. My only complaint is the music. I wish it were quieter and more kid friendly. We had some problems with them finding our name on the winter pass list too, but Rachel took care of it and they were super nice. Prices are pretty on par with similar places. $24 for 2 hours. $21 for 1 hour. $30 for all day. I haven't tried the food nor been to a party here yet as it is new, but I'll update if that changes. Right now I am so thankful not to have to drive 45 min in every direction to this type of place anymore. We really needed a place like this in Davenport.

The charming downtown area contains many restaurants and shops in historic buildings. Today the park still serves as a gathering place for the community. In 2007, Downtown City Park was redesigned to enhance its recreation and beauty for residents and visitors to the city of Auburndale. In the eastern corner of the park is a number of umbrella shaded picnic tables and an engaging playground that is fenced in for safety. The playground area has an artificial turf, cushioning surface to protect little knees and bottoms. The playground has a multilevel tower with climbing structures and two slides. There is also a play train which is a nod to Auburndale's history as a railroad town. Civil engineer Louis Randolph Mclain, who was working for the railroad on the extension of the system between Lake Alfred and Saddle Creek, is credited with founding Auburndale. The historic 1927 Seaboard Air Line Rail Depot is in the northern part of the park. The park also has restrooms and a historic bandstand with a stage for community events like the annual CityFest music festival and other events throughout the year. In the western part of the park is the Rotary Butterfly Garden with butterfly attracting native Florida plants. This well maintained and family friendly park offers a great place to spend time with family. Whether coming for exercise, play, or a special event, this wonderful spot capture the spirit of historic Auburndale.
