My healthcare associate tried to call and assist her with the billing but she refused to even return his call. Dr. Ward would be better off replacing his receptionist/billing help with someone who can deal with patients respectfully and is educated in billing properly. I've been to other chiropractic offices without any issues of billing or disrespect from office personnel but Ward chiropractic care is not one of them.

They told me I should see a Chiropractor and was like no, I will go to my Doctor. I listened to them though and went. It was the best thing I could have done for my back. The staff and the Dr. is super friendly and down to earth. Dr. Jen walked me through everything because I was brand new to this experience. They assured me my health care would cover the procedures - and it did. She really helped alleviate the back issues I had when I would go see her. They also have massage that was really helpful for my lower back. The place is really nice - they have very flexible hours. I have referred this place to other people, and they've enjoyed seeing her as well. They do not try to sell you stuff either. And if you are new to this and don't want to go all the time, that is okay. She is very flexible and will work with you.

I was very hesitant to try a new chiropractor because of how extensive my back issues were. While some of those issues were resolved prior to coming to see him, other issues were in fact made worse from my previous chiropractor. Dr. Larry promised me that he would have me feeling better in 2 to 3 months (I was skeptical). I still have some issues that we're working on, but he was right. In those 2 months he has made me feel better than I have in years when it comes to my back and my neck. Unlike my previous chiropractor, dr. Larry spends as much time with me as needed during every appointment. He goes so far above and beyond what I would have ever expected any chiropractor to do. Not only does he adjust me and work my muscles, but he also gives me the tools and knowledge to be able to work on myself outside of the chiropractor's office. I would recommend this place without hesitation to any single person who is in need of a chiropractor. Sometimes you might have to wait a few extra minutes to see him, but I promise you it is so worth it because he will spend just as much time with you as he does others. I've never felt and rushed and I've always felt so welcomed by the entire staff. I also want to give a shout out to Jocelyn for her absolutely phenomenal massage therapy skills. She did more for me in one session than my previous massage therapist could do in 6 months. In case it's not obvious by my long review, I absolutely love this place and I'm a patient for life.

Scheduling with a doctor is never a problem, and if you have an urgent need, they find a way to fit you in as soon as possible. Dr. LaVoy is not only exceedingly knowledgeable in his field, but is also personable and has a way of making his clients feel welcome and important. I have also seen the other doctors on occasion, and they're outstanding as well Because the doctors are attentive to their client's needs, on occasion you may have to wait a little longer than usual in the waiting room, but you can rest assured that when you need a little extra time, you will receive that same care that goes above and beyond. Massage appointments can be hard to come by depending on your availability, so schedule a month in advance when possible. Billing has also been spot on. Be sure to ask if your insurance covers massage with an adjustment. (It's an amazing benefit with some insurance providers/plans.) I refer friends and family to this practice all the time, so if you're in need of chiropractic care, don't hesitate to contact them. Your body will thank you.
