My MIL suffers from arthritis, neck/back pain and a few other issues. Pain meds are no longer working for her so she began seeking alternative options and that is how we found Dr. John. In the mist of her getting treatment I began treatment for my migraines and anxiety. I can honestly say that after a months time I have noticed a HUGE difference in the way I feel from day to day. I haven't had any headaches since I've begun, have not gotten sick and have more energy. My MIL also has seen a big decrease of pain and stiffness in her neck and shoulders. I'm living proof that these neck and back adjustments are actually working! You should give them a chance if you are considering treatment... you won't be disappointed.

The greatest testament to his work is the impact he had on our son. Our son struggled with many ailments, yet after every visit with Dr. Chris, we saw noticeable signs of relief. As he grew older, even in his own nonverbal way, he would let us know he wanted to see Dr. Chris. Each time, his pain and muscle tightness would lessen significantly. We feel truly blessed to have found Dr. Chris and cannot thank him enough for the difference he has made in our son's life (he passed away at the tender age of six) and in the well-being of our entire family.

The good, the not so good, so why did I decide to go back and try someone new?! Well, based on the good, I wanted to find someone that really understood my concerns and help me rehabilitate my shoulder. On my first appointment, I shared my thoughts on the process. I new it worked before, but haven't had great docs in the past. I'm open to trying someone new since everyone is different. Oh boy! I'm sure am happy! I love that Dr. Shane develops a plan and works with a physical therapist to resolve the problem. It's not one and done. Dr. Shane really listened to my concerns, explains to me what's going on and why, and leaves me me take home exercises to do at home to strength my area of concern. Ummm... that's pretty amazing! Another plus, he is not focused on x-rays until he feels you need them. I have hated that in the past. X-rays, x-rays, x-rays? For what? I have told individuals in the past I don't like exposing myself to radiation unless I need to. That's Dr. Shane's approach too. X-rays are only happening if he has a true concern that needs imaging. Truly impressed with the whole team. Hailey is amazing too! So sweet, easy to make appointments, and check-in/out. If you're looking for a great chiropractor, Dr. Shane is your guy!

But my main shoutout is to Dr. Steven Karageanes ! I am currently 37 weeks and was just seen a couple days ago with Dr. Karageanes. The amount of pain I had been in, the absolute lack of sleep I've been getting, let alone the pain of just walking... I didn't think there was really much that could be done.. but let me explain to you how Dr.K proved me wrong. I had gotten several different adjustments and I almost wasn't tears from how much more comfortable I felt in my own body.. let alone, how I felt validated by the way he listened to my concerns and provided me such reassurance. His bedside manner is some of the best that I've seen with a doctor, besides my own OBG. I highly highly highly recommend any woman that is going through a painful pregnancy to go and see him. It is beyond mind blowing how much can be relieved, & he is definitely the guy who has the most knowledge and most relieving techniques to be able to review of feeling like a sack of crap while carrying a new bundle of joy into the world. I also want to say again the staff and the nurses that have sat in with him during my adjustments are such kind and caring individuals. I applaud the whole team there. Thank you again Dr.K, I have actually been able to sleep again, as simple as that is said... for someone who is in their third trimester will understand how important that is lol. I look forward to our next appointment!
