I want to take a few minutes to let everyone know how great this place is! I'm a loyal person and…read morehave had the same mechanic for a very, very, long time. I recently bought a different car and decided to use synthetic oil in it to make sure I get the most out of my beauty. My car was at 4500k miles since last oil change, I was going on a far road trip and I wanted to get my oil changed. My regular mechanic was too busy and blew me off without giving me an appt. I saw an suggestion from FB about Quick Change and decided to stop in. Walter told me that there wasn't a need to get an oil change until about 7K miles or the oil indicator was down to 10%, whichever came first. Then proceeded to pull my car in and looked at the oil. He said "see it is still clear but you could use a little more." He proceeded to top off my oil, my washer fluid, the air in my tires and checked my transmission fluid for FREE. Told me to be on my way and have a fun trip knowing my car was good to go. My regular mechanic charges $60 plus tax for synthetic, Walter said they charge $45.99 plus tax, everyday and that I was paying too much! I sure was, in many different ways. THEN! As I was leaving, a lady stopped in to check her AC that wasn't working. Walter told her that 90% of AC issues were because freon was low. Their service was $29.00 and that if the compressor didn't kick on while he was filling he would stop and it would cost her nothing. She was amazed because someone else told her she needed hundreds of dollars worth of work done to get AC. After vacation, we took my partner's car in and $29.00 and 5 minutes later we were off with AC. Stand-up integrity and customer service. Two of my favorite things. Walter just won me over. He could've taken my money but he didn't, he took a minute to educate me. I only wish they could provide total service for all of our cars. Top notch, they've earned my hard earned $! Kudos fellas!

They were courteous, intelligent, honest and a jack of all trades. I've been to many places that after an inspection tell me, "Go fix this and then bring it back." Speaking again of their honesty, they told me I had a tag light out and offered to fix it on the spot. They weren't pushy at all and I knew I had the option of leaving to go and try and fix it myself. Hanging around with the staff as they work was like hanging out with a group of close friends and I would say that they got my car into better shape than it was when I got it from the dealership. I will without a doubt keep coming here when I need any work done and I highly recommend The Lube Center for any of your car needs as well.

I'm not a car guy but I did use a code reader and did some research on the P0126 code causing the check engine light trigger. The shop's diagnosis of a faulty thermostat matched what I found. I appreciated that Justin took me through the troubleshooting process he used to verify that it wasn't a bad sensor instead and also showed me the old and new part where I could see the obvious wear of the thermostat spring that was causing the thermostat to stay stuck in the open position, causing the P0126 code. My vehicle was done in less than 2 hours which was great considering how many other drop-ins they had that afternoon. I would highly recommend this shop and will be bringing my vehicle back if I ever have any other vehicle issues in the future!

I'm so mad my hubcap is lost because these people can't even manage to put it on correctly - I would NEVER go back here EVER again.
