Don't try and call to get help as they are quite rude. I recommend Hoke Geez in Bedford as opposed to this place.

The sunglasses carts are at the sidewalks near the far end past the food court. On the way to NY, we stopped in a few stores. They had some really good sales for back-to-school, but we were on a mission for a few specific items. And, we do not go back to school in the traditional way. Haha. Nike and Samsonite are two of our favorite stores to check out. (December) We are back in the Pittsburgh area and opted for Grove City for some last-minute Christmas shopping. Samsonite had exactly what we were looking for and good sales. The newest boutique shop catering to women and children sells the cutest clothing and accessories. I love the POL brand and wanted to shop for myself. The owner (Tara) is very friendly and was so sweet to help me find a gift for my sister and best friend. She even tried on a sweater that I wasn't sure about (sizing). They have the most adorable baby and toddler outfits, too! We also stopped at Lululemon and The Coffee Tree at Joseph's. Highly recommend both. The sales were amazing at Lulu. I think the GC has something for everyone despite being one of the smaller premium outlets I have shopped over the years. We enjoyed the fact that it was not overly crowded.

It has some vacant storefronts, but most are occupied and offer a good selection of clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, beauty and hygiene products, chocolates, books, kitchenware, home decor, tools, and much more. For several years, I have shopped at this outlet mall. My favorite stores are Calvin Klein, Eddie Bauer, Lucky Brand, and The North Face, but I shop in dozens of the other stores as well. I think that the prices are low to moderate, and I do some decent shopping here. The restaurants are casual and sell foods such as pretzels, chocolates, donuts, and sandwiches. An Eat 'n Park is across the street. Furthermore, this outlet mall has a playground area for children and a nice bridge with plants in the middle. The parking lot has an adequate number of spaces and is free.

It is April 2026 and this outlet has turned into a ghost town, it is really sad. Plus side is you…read morecan always find closeup parking and no crowds to deal with. Shop workers I encountered were all very nice. The food court is completely empty! Everything looked boarded up! I walked in there with my 4 year old who had to use the bathroom and did not feel safe walking back the corridor of the food court to take her to the restroom. Literally no one was in the food court building that I could see. Thankfully one of the shops graciously let me take her in theirs. If you want food the only place is the steakhouse outside the outlets. They do still have some good store options left I like - bath and body works, Janie and Jack, Kate spade and if you need furniture I know the last place you think is an outlet mall but you got to check out Legacy Furniture in the back. Amazing quality custom furniture. It's pricey but worth every dollar! This is a convenient location to Winchester. I don't like driving all the way to Leesburg anymore and would love to shop here more if there were more options to shop from. Please consider attracting some better stores. It will likely never happen but I would love to see Tory Burch, some home decor places like Kirklands, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, etc. Heck, why not see if some regular stores like a Tjmaxx/Homegoods would move in? That would be awesome! I hope the next few years see some improvements!

Well its October 2025, and it was like a Ghost town and the food court was by far the saddest one. I think only two places were opened on a Saturday. Lots of stores are closed and the parking lot was completely free. Not much selection now in terms of things. They still have some clothing stores left, but not sparse in terms of styles. The food court is actually clean because of the low foot traffic and someone is constantly cleaning the place. They do have Tesla superchargers here so its a good place to charge and walk around. The chargers are in the corner of the lot and typically just walking to the bathroom and back and most of the charge should be done so not really much time left to wander. It was sad to see and kind of made me feel like life has moved on from my childhood.

WOW! No, really,…read moreWOW! This place has literally got it all under one spectacularly large roof. Attached to this place (read that as part of the whole, but separate) is an optical store, a thrift shop, and for the life of me I cannot remember the third one, I want to say it's a craft store. This store is very similar to 380 Auction located outside of Plum. But the huge difference here is that they sell appliances. Bonus! It takes a while to browse this place. I mean there are aisles upon aisles for your browsing pleasure. Think like you walk into a Dollar Tree, wander around, and look down at your basket/cart and be like 'WHOA, how'd all that get in there?' (Shop responsibly people!) Now, it's almost impossible to know who an employee is here, as they are dressed like everyone else the is milling around amongst the products. But, if you need something, or want someone to help you with something, they seem to magically appear out of nowhere, as if they have supersonic hearing and overheard you say you wished you had someone to help you. Even though there is a ton of merchandise inside this place, they seem to have a working knowledge of everything they do have. I mean, you want to know about that grill and if it can handle a chicken for rotisserie? Or how many horsepower does that riding lawnmower have? And maybe just if this flea and tick treatment will work on my fifteen pound dog? They definitely have the answer. This place can definitely be fun to just browse and get ideas for a party or maybe a craft project you were looking into. I have never been disappointed while coming here. I always end up coming out with a few bags fill. My last visit I didn't even break the $20 mark and walked out with some great items. Shopping should not be a chore, shopping should be an adventure and this place definitely confirms that.

When I contacted the store I was given the runaround. I have been waiting 6 months, without a working stove, for resolution. I was promised a new stove and am I still waiting. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the company policy that apparently allows a customer to go without a working stove for so long. Seniors are on a fixed income and I do not have disposable income to waste money on a non working stove. I also do not have the money to go out and buy another new stove after just six months. I am still hoping for the company to resolve this issue

The Loft Outlet store is nice and new, very clean and very organized. The sales going on when I visited were great - i went for the "buy one tee, get two free" promo. I'll definitely be back when I'm in Morgantown again.

What I love about the last worst is that there is something for everyone young teenyboppers and women my age I'm extremely conservative but I like to look nice when I go out what I like about the stories you can always find something great price. Honestly, I was not even aware they had a factory store, but it is still no surprise to me that they do. When we got here, I wasn't even sure that we were here at first. It is very unassuming outside and the parking lot is a bit of a mess. You really can't tell were you are supposed to park, but you figure it out eventually. Also, the sign is kind of hidden from the road, so when you pull up you really don't see it. You walk a small path and you are inside the store. That is after you open the door with the pretzel handles first. Once you are inside you are off to the races and able to pick whatever flavor or style of pretzels you want. They also have other snack items here as well ranging from chips to popcorn. I ended up grabbing myself a snack item to eat in the car. Items come in bags or boxes. There are signs hanging all around with the prices or deals that might be going on for a certain item. What is a bit off putting here is the customer service. The ladies working the register can be quite terse at times. They kind of want to just get you through the register as fast as they can so that you can get out of the store as fast as you can. But you can do it a bit more politely. As for the older reviews that say they don't take cards, I'm fairly sure five years time and that is corrected at this point.
