I scheduled TWICE with this company to come out and do a bid on a job for me. He didn't show up for…read morethe first appointment and I called him an hour after he was supposed to show up and he said he forgot. So, figuring we are all human, I was understanding and scheduled again for the next day. He was supposed to show up at 9am. Well guess what it's over an hour later, he isn't here! If you need a window, then provide one. Not a solid time. I'm in full support of helping start up businesses, hiring small businesses and so forth. But this is just dumb. Lol How can you "forget" twice? Even if something is going on, just call and say "hey, can we reschedule a week out? Some personal stuff came up". This job was going to be big too and I personally help people remodel and update their homes. This could have provided contacts for a LOT of people including an entire rental company all over the US. Yet here we are with no call backs, now they aren't answering their phone and no show. Disappointing to say the least.

Mike discussed the entire repair process with me, and recommended shingles and materials to be used, which was helpful, since I know nothing about roofing. The roofing crew came in the morning and got started, but soon discovered that the roof was not up to code and needed decking. Mike got a hold of my insurance company, and got it approved/covered immediately. They got the decking installed and had the job completed by the end of the day. The crew was kind and courteous, and they did a great job! They even came back the next day to make sure everything was cleaned up, and went over the yard again with several magnets to make sure there were no more nails. I would recommend this company to anyone! I am only giving them a 4- star due to the work done on my fascia by another crew, and I've yet to get it repaired again. As soon as Mike get's someone over to fix that, I will re-evaluate that number.
